Budget Home Fix

I started using this Company for maintenance of AC recently. Where I stay AC’s are at roof top of 4 Unit Duplex flats, 2 ground floor and 2 first floor units. There is no stair to go to roof, only steep service ladder is the way to go, which is difficult for a resident. In this area a lot of people with little or no expertise go on repairing AC’s. Many time they pilferage AC parts from someone’s AC to fix someone else’s AC, which is a known problem. When I told this company of this issue, they came up with a unique solution. They put heavy duty chain with lock around each of my 4 AC units so that one can not open them without key. Their working Team lead by Mr Baldev Singh, Shoeb (he came with the idea) and Nakash did the job nicely and in office Viven Lewis arranged the logistics and the whole thing was done on the same day.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving service from Baldev Singh and Mathi at Budget Homes Fix, and I am extremely impressed with the experience. They carried out a thorough and meticulous AC cleaning, demonstrating a high level of technical skill and attention to detail. Throughout the visit, they were professional, punctual, and respectful, ensuring that the work was completed efficiently and with great care. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction was evident in every step of the process. Overall, I am very pleased with the service provided and would recommend Budget Homes Fix team to anyone seeking reliable and well-executed home maintenance services.

I’m very satisfied with the service provided by Firaz and Ajman. They did an excellent job cleaning my air conditioner — it’s now working perfectly and cooling much better than before. There was a lot of dirt and blockage inside, which I didn’t realize until they showed me. They were professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. Even though the job was expected to take about an hour, they stayed nearly two hours to make sure everything was properly cleaned and working efficiently. On top of that, they cleaned up everything after finishing, leaving the place neat and tidy. Highly recommend their service — very responsible and hardworking!

I had a wonderful experience with this home repair company. They truly went the extra mile to resolve our blockage issues and made sure everything was handled perfectly. The AC team was very friendly, professional, and efficient. They didn’t leave any mess behind and ensured everything was clean before leaving. Everyone was professional, but especially Akbar and Naqqash they were absolutely excellent! They were skilled, polite, and handled the work with great care and professionalism. The management team is also very cooperative and understanding. They quickly understood the issue and dispatched the team without any delay. I highly recommend them for all kinds of home repair services. They provide quality work at very affordable prices.

Did multiple jobs around the house with Budget Homefix. Very good work amd reasonable price. Had Mr. Singh & Shaams do very good AC work for me replacing motors and deep cleaning and making sure everything is done and working properly. Also Mr. Arslan And his team fixed multiple leak issues for me and did ceiling access hatches for easy future maintenance work. They also tend to go the extra mile, arrive on time for the job, and clean after they finish.

Arsalan and Shams were able to fix leaking plumbing connected to my washing machine quickly and with an inexpensive solution. The pipes had been leaking for months and I had numerous other people look at it before finding them. Highly recommend.

Great guys, very professional and did a really good job. Shout out to mr Singh and Ankur! Really nice guys - do recommend and will use them again.
