I had a very disappointing experience with this distributor today. From the afternoon onwards, I have been continuously trying to contact them regarding the purchase of just one AC unit. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts through calls and messages, there was absolutely no proper response or follow-up. The level of communication was highly unprofessional. Either the calls were not answered, or there was no clear information provided. As a customer who is ready to purchase, the least I expect is basic courtesy, timely response, and proper coordination. In today’s competitive market, customer service is everything. If a distributor cannot respond promptly for a simple inquiry about a single unit, it raises serious concerns about how they handle larger orders or after-sales support. Very disappointed with the overall experience. I would strongly recommend improving communication standards and professionalism.

Despite initially letting me down with a failed promised delivery we finally sorted it all out and I appreciate company's that are willing to right wrongs and discuss the issues. Turns out Maxima is a good supplier of your Solar and related supplies. They will certainly get my business again

I have dealt with this respectable company when I was installing solar system in my house. They were very friendly and helpful, especially Mr Wael who was very sincere and truthfull during the whole process. The company as a whole and Wael in particular were very professional. They offered the best sets in the country with very competitive prices. I really recommend dealing with them

Very bad experience, I bought batteries from them Maxima Lithium Ions, and those batteries are discharging only 50 %, like it doesn’t work full capacity and they didn’t help to fix the problem they asked for 750 AED first to check on their own batteries that bought new from them 2 weeks back, I really disappointed and and don’t recommend this shop or company at all
