Went there for two main reason first to dine in and 2nd Im looking for certain item for mobile accessories(SD card reader for mobile) Went to Food central to Dine in at Jts Manukan Grill how ever they served me raw chicken not once but twice and the staff did not even bother to come to my table to solve the issue, 2nd the mall is so big with a lot of mobile shop but none of the shops has the item that I am looking for. I checked all the mobile shops from the main entrance down to the ground floor as in all mobile shops but I didn’t find the item. its frustrating to go to a mall coz you thought you have all you need there

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ City Centre Deira is one of the best malls in Dubai for both shopping and relaxation. The mall has a great mix of international and local brands, making it easy to find everything in one place. It’s well-maintained, clean, and not overly crowded compared to some of the bigger malls. The food court offers plenty of options, from quick bites to full meals, and there are also nice cafes to relax in. The cinema experience is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable for families as well as solo visitors. Its location is very convenient, especially with easy access to the metro, which makes visiting hassle-free. Overall, a great place to shop, dine, and spend quality time.

**City Centre Deira** is a beautifully designed shopping center. It is clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable for visitors. You can enjoy a great shopping experience here. There is also a large hypermarket, similar to Big Bazaar in India, where you can buy all your daily necessities at reasonable prices. It is a convenient place for both shopping and everyday essentials.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes from the Rosso Store (Rosso Brunello) located inside Deira City Centre. During the purchase, the sales representative explicitly stated that Rosso Brunello is an Italian brand. Based on this information, I proceeded with the purchase. Afterward, I independently verified the brand details and found that Rosso Brunello is not an Italian brand. My purchasing decision was clearly influenced by the information provided by the store staff, which later turned out to be inaccurate. This review is not about the quality of the product, but about misrepresentation by a tenant operating within the mall. There is a significant difference between saying a product is an Italian brand versus Italian-inspired, and customers should not be given incorrect information to influence a sale. Deira City Centre is a well-known and reputable mall, and customers reasonably expect honest and transparent sales practices from stores operating within it. I hope mall management reviews this issue with the Rosso store and ensures that tenants provide factually correct information to customers. I am sharing this experience so that appropriate action can be taken and similar situations can be prevented in the future.

Depending on the time of year, the mall can be quite busy, but it never feels overwhelming. You can find everything from fashion to electronics, and there is also a supermarket for everyday needs. Prices tend to be higher than average, which is expected given the prime Marina location. Overall, it is a well balanced mall, especially suitable for residents who want convenience without the chaos of larger shopping centers.

Platinum Salon has such a unique and upgraded concept The chairs are incredibly comfortable and the whole experience honestly gives a business class vibe. You can fully relax, lay back, and even watch movies while getting your services done, which makes the experience so enjoyable and different from a regular salon visit.

The signalisation is really really bad to find the screen rooms. If you’ve booked online you will intuitively take the stairs on the left of the ticket machines to access the cinema only to find yourself in a ghost zone of toilets. All of us kept looking for screens 1 to 15 and no one to ask. Missed 10min of the movie. Apparently we needed to take the elevators and go down two floors to access the screens but there was zero signalisation for that. Same headache when exiting the cinema , there are no direct exit to the main area because the there are no escalator or stairs down. The screening room was a big let down it’s small with a very low rake. I could literally see the head of the person in front of me on the screen the whole movie. The sound was very low and one could hear everybody eating and munching on popcorn more than you could hear the movie.

Jaime is a gem! He assisted me well and made sure that I got everything I need. What I liked most about him is he was smiling the entire time he assisted me. A man who definitely deserves a raise I would also like to commend Janet from the ushering section. She was very polite and assisted me very well!

Nice theater! The seats are comfortable, but they aren’t full recliners like you’d get for the same price in North America, which was a bit of a bummer. They also have semi-private pods available, which would be a great option for a date night.

Worth the renovation. Project Hail Mary looked gorgeous on this screen. Comfiest IMAX I’ve been to. 75 ft wide screen with Dual Laser DL2 4K projection doesn’t disappoint. Would come back for «Micheal» or a «Filmed for IMAX» movie.

I enjoyed the reclining seats. Long time I did not go to cinema so I was surprised by tables for pop corn and the comfort of seats. Also I liked that finally temperature was good. It used to be so cold in all cinemas. This time I really enjoyed. Pop corn was delicious.

Best branch is in Mirdiff city center. It’s on 1st floor. Theaters are very clean and well organized. It’s very busy over the weekends but the stuff is so professional to handle the hype. An amazing place for chill-out with friends and family. Good variety of showtimes and movies genres to choose.

We love watching movies at VOX Cinema and usually visit the Ajman branch. This was our first time at VOX Cinema Mirdif, and it turned out to be a really great experience. I booked the Theater Cinemas and it was amazing with comfortable seats. They provide blankets and popcorn with 3 flavours to choose from. I also loved that the washrooms are inside the theatre so you don’t loose much time by walking far. Staff were amazing and welcoming. Overall experience was worth the value of the tickets.

We always enjoy watching movies at VOX Cinemas in Mirdif City Centre. The seats are very comfortable, the cinema is clean, and it’s never too crowded, which makes the experience even better. It’s also very convenient since it’s the closest cinema to us, and we love that the mall has everything we need without feeling too busy. Tip: it’s better to purchase tickets online through the VOX app as it’s much easier. You can even include your food order in advance and select «prepare my order» so it’s ready within 10 minutes. Super convenient to just pick it up at the Candy Bar and head straight into the cinema without waiting in long queues. Highly recommended!

Vox Cinemas is honestly great when it comes to how everything looks. The whole place feels modern, clean, and well put together. The bathrooms are clean and modern too, which I really appreciate. The Dolby Atmos speakers are top tier — super immersive and powerful. They are a bit bass-heavy, but I personally liked that, though I can see how it might not be for everyone. My main issue is with the standard theater projectors. The picture quality and color grading could definitely be better, especially in darker scenes where it becomes noticeable. I usually watch movies at the Grand Hyatt location, so this is based on that experience, but I’m guessing it might be similar in other standard theaters too. I can’t really comment on IMAX or other premium formats. Another downside is the pricing. The popcorn is extremely overpriced, and even a 500ml bottle of water costing around 7–8 AED feels a bit much. They really should reconsider their food and drink prices. Overall, Vox is a great cinema with amazing sound and a very clean, sleek setup, but the projector quality in standard screens and the high prices are what hold it back. I watched Chatha Pacha, and while I enjoyed the movie, these things definitely stood out.

📍 VOX Cinemas Today I went to VOX Cinemas and watched the movie Chatha Pacha. To be honest, it was a pleasure to watch such a good movie after a long time. The story and presentation of the movie were very attractive. Every scene was exciting and memorable. The acting, background music, and cinematography were all handled well. Especially some scenes gave a very emotional and impactful experience. The experience at VOX Cinemas was also wonderful. The cleanliness and comfort of the theater is remarkable. The seats are very comfortable, the sound quality is excellent, and the screen quality is super. The best atmosphere to watch the movie was there. Overall, Chatha Pacha is a great movie to watch. And watching it in a great theater like VOX Cinemas made the experience doubly enjoyable. I will definitely go to see such movies again! 🍿✨

4 year old kid without ticket dont go, some staff allowed and some staff not allow to enter depends on there mood, philipino guy is very arragent.. but the same cinema other other staff didnt ask for ticket to 4 year old kid, so i dont know whar was the age limit , its confusing staff by staff.i dont want that guy name here, better to avoid vox cinemas in grand hayat. more better to avoid vox too…

Yesterday, I went with my friends to Roxy Cinemas at City Walk, and it was our first time watching a movie there. We saw *Super Mario*, and the kids absolutely loved it—they had such a great time! Great to catch the latest movies with comfy seating and each screen has Dolby audio which is great. They have two types of experiences – Silver and Platinum Suites. Silver is your classic everyday cinema screens and seats whereas Platinum is fully reclining leather sofa seats with blankets, butler service, dine in etc the whole works basically. Also one of the best popcorn in the city imo as it’s always soo fresh and hot here!

We were just passing through the City Walk area and noticed the theatre, but unfortunately didn’t have enough time to watch a movie as we had already arranged a pickup with our driver. That said, the experience still stood out. The cinema looked clean, modern, and very inviting, with a comfortable and well designed atmosphere. We visited reel cinema marina mall today. It was clean, organize and enjoyable. The food service is fast even with the long queue and Miss Jojie was so jolly and friendly. She accomodated us when we arrived and find time to follow up our experience after we watch the movie. The experience was totally good.

From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch—the staff were incredibly welcoming and made the whole process seamless. ​The overall atmosphere and facilities provided a great experience that really enhanced the movie. I was in Screen 13. It was a luxury Screen with low sitting capacity. The Screen was comparetibly smaller then what we use to see in India. But the seat was so comfortable. As usual the food price in the Cinema was costly then outside. Overall my experience with the cinema was good in the VOX cinema Burjuman Mall

Excellent theatre at Burjuman Mall! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ VOX Cinemas has lots of screens and great variety of language movies. Watched Parimala & Co. Tamil movie this weekend and the experience was superb. Multiple screens – Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, English all available Clean seats & good AC Sound quality and screen clarity top notch Caramel Popcorn & snacks fresh Staff friendly and quick service Perfect spot for weekend movie plans in Dubai. Highly recommend for families and friends!
