I joined Purple Oryx briefly, but unfortunately my experience was not positive. There was no clear onboarding or training process, and I was assigned urgent tasks on the first day without any introduction to the workflow, systems, or expectations. When I asked for guidance, communication was inconsistent and at times unprofessional. This made it extremely difficult to perform my role effectively or feel supported. I hope the company improves its onboarding, training, and communication practices for future employees.
