Dubai Design District (D3) by TECOM Group

Dubai Design District is a great place to enjoy a peaceful walk or run, and it’s also perfect for families. The new employee parking setup is really disappointing. The parking area is dusty, overcrowded, and not well organized, which makes parking there frustrating every day. What I don’t understand is why employees are being pushed to these parking areas while the paid parking is always empty (attached picture). It feels like the needs of the people working in D3 every day haven’t been taken into account. I hope D3 reconsiders this decision and comes up with a more practical solution for employees.

It was an absolute nightmare to park now in D3. The limited number of parking permits allocated to each company has created daily difficulties for employees who rely on private vehicles to commute. Many of us are now forced to park in the furthest unpaved areas, while large portions of Areas A, B, C, and D often remain noticeably underutilized. This has made what was once a manageable process increasingly frustrating and time-consuming. D3 is predominantly made up of employees who commute daily by car, while visitors represent a much smaller percentage of parking demand. Parking allocation should reflect this reality to better serve the people who use the district every day. Many companies are willing to pay the annual parking fees required for their employees. We simply ask that a fair and reasonable number of parking spaces be made available to accommodate this demand.

Its my first time at dubai design district and i was in a hurry i just came for brunch , definitely coming back inshallah i need to explore more of it 👌 Nice big variety of coffee shops and restaurants the shades of the buildings on the corridors made the weather perfect

1 Star. The recent parking policy changes are incredibly disappointing. Forcing daily employees who work 9+ hour shifts to pay astronomical rates is completely unfair. There are no reasonable long-term parking options available for the community that keeps this district running, leaving people with no choice but to park out in the open desert. Management seriously needs to introduce affordable daily or monthly parking passes for district employees!

The place is amazing specially at night time. The place full of restaurants and coffee shops. Ideal for walking and chilling with friends. Free car parkings are available. Prayer place available too. Seatings seats available all over place. Here you can have an amazing photos to Dubai downtown

Creative district for all companies and individuals. Well planned district with diversified offices and shops. It is a good place to set up a business 👩‍💼 here. Good restaurants, shops, cafés and other companies here. A must visit district in Dubai if you like life 🔛
