I was searching for a studio apartment when I came across a unit listed on Bayut under Invest Real Estate. I reached out and received an immediate response from their agent, Iffat, who was very helpful and accommodating. She quickly arranged a viewing, and I liked the unit enough to book it right away. The process at their Business Bay office was smooth and efficient, with all the necessary transactions handled quickly. The handover preparation was also fast, and although there were a few unforeseen issues with the unit after my move, Iffat promptly resolved them for me. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service. I would recommend Invest Real Estate to anyone looking for a good property to rent or buy—their team is professional, responsive, and easy to work with.

I reached out to inquire about a property to a developer and was contacted by two realtors. While one of them was clear and helpful, the other, who works for this company, was vague, gave misleading information, and didn’t provide the answers I was looking for. After a brief and unproductive exchange (no more than a few minutes of texting), I politely informed him that I’d be working with the other agent. His response was shockingly disrespectful and unprofessional, telling me not to "waste people’s time" and that he’s "not a slave." This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional context and reflects poorly on how this agent treats potential clients. I do not recommend working with him and this company should be aware of what he hires.

I have dealt with agent Hadeed, and let me tell you it was the worst experience ever. He was super nice in the beginning as he tried to push me to sign the rental contract for the apartment and close the deal, but this has totally changed after I started renting the apartment. He was not answering any of my calls and was not helpful in anything. Also, he tried to squeeze my deposit money by overcharging crazy prices for maintenance stuff and I was so dissatisfied by this as I barely got any deposit back.

I recommend this service, we rented an apartment with IFFAT and everything went well, quickly and professionally. She also recommended the internet and we got a discount, thank you!
