Hello, i have had a very good and professional experience with Mr Hesham -Finance shop. Around 10 years ago whereby 8 properties been mortgaged through him, and lately 3 months ago I did repeat it with another mortgage, and he has shown more professionalism and more even know-how on the different types and options offered related to the mortgage products. Mr Hesham was very involved and responsive from day one till the successful completion which has added more assurance and speed to the process.. Hesham and his team assisted us with securing our new mortgage in 2022. The process was smooth and simple. So when we decided to refinance our property, we approached Hesham who now runs his own company. We also approached another company for the same. After a few initial interactions with both, we found the Finance shop's responses faster and clearer than the other, so we decided to go with them. Its a good thing we did, as just before finalising our refinancing offer, Hesham got us a better deal from another bank. Christine was great with her follow ups and updates with and from the bank throughout the process. On the day of registration, Hesham came to the SEAL office himself to ensure a smooth process. This is when we first met in person. All I can say is that Hesham has a great smile and personality and this was something that came through in every conversation we had.
