I previously worked with Savory for a St. Kitts citizenship application, and my experience at that time was positive. Based on that, I decided to proceed again and applied for my father in February 2024. Unfortunately, this experience has been completely different. I was clearly informed that the process would take around 6 months. However, it has now been nearly two years since February 2024 with no meaningful progress, along with very limited communication and repeated delays in responses. Communication was excellent at the beginning, especially before payment, but after completing the financial part, it became very difficult to obtain clear updates or any firm commitments. I am sharing this feedback for transparency and to help others make informed decisions. I also hope this encourages the company to improve its communication, accountability, and commitment to timelines.
