As Canadians seeking sunshine 😉, we came to Dubai for the holidays. Unfortunately, one of our children became seriously ill, so we contacted First Response Healthcare | 24/7 Medical Emergency Service in Dubai. We met Dr. Qamer un Misa Haider, a wonderful and incredibly kind doctor. She diagnosed severe pneumonia and saved our son's life. We stayed in touch with her throughout his hospitalization. Our other son also became ill, but Dr. Qamer un Misa Haider took care of him immediately. The nurses are exceptional and incredibly kind. They administered intravenous antibiotics and vitamins, performed blood tests, and more. I have never seen such high-quality care. Admittedly, it's expensive, but that's because we're not from the country, which is why travel insurance is so important. We're so glad we did. Even though we won't keep all the memories we hoped for from our family trip to Dubai, we will never forget the kindness of this wonderful doctor. I recommend them without hesitation.

They attended my hotel to look after my son, and from the moment they arrived, they made both of us feel completely at ease. Their professionalism, kindness, and gentle approach brought my son back to good health, and their reassurance made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. Thank you both for your outstanding service and genuine compassion — it truly made all the difference.

Had a really good experience with this service. I was afraid as my daughter (13 months) had a high temperature and wasn't feeling well. It was easy to get in touch with the company and they helped me right away. Dr. Salama and nurse (I don't know his name) came to our appartment on time and both of them were very nice and professional. They did a detailed control and explained everything. Also the service after was great- the driver came for the urine test and the company sent me results after few hours and also all needed documents. Dr. Salama was also writing me day after and she was asking me how my daughter is feeling. I recommend. Thank you very much for your care!

Had a really great experience with First Response Healthcare. I did a full body check-up at home and everything went super smoothly. Big thanks to Judy from the call center—she was so kind and helpful. I originally asked for just 5 tests, but when the price was high, she immediately helped revise it and upgraded me to a full body check-up for the same price, which was honestly amazing. The nurse Priyanka was excellent—her hands were so gentle I barely felt the needle at all. Very calm and professional. Ahmad, the driver, was polite, on time, and clearly takes good care of the car he’s in. Overall, super happy with the service and would definitely recommend them! 👍

Dr. Zarghuna Arbab provided outstanding care during a stressful situation. She came to my home promptly, was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. She arranged IV treatment and blood tests, followed up with the results personally, and was available to answer all of my questions afterwards. Her reassurance, compassion, and genuine concern made a difficult experience much easier. I highly recommend Dr. Zarghuna Arbab and First Response Healthcare. Dr Sadia & Nurse Priyanka. Were amazing with my son Gabriel (16) they acted fast and with much care while in our vacation from Uk in Abu Dhabi. His diagnoses of type 1 diabetes was correct, and the Iv drip was given fast as he was entering DKA. The care and the information regarding the symptoms were clear and correct for the condition. Dr Sadia ensured that his referral was written in depth & detail so he could then be cared for in ICU. Thanks again for the care & kindness and the continued follow up check in with us even though now back in the UK in the hands of our drs here. Dr. Jerusalem and Nurse Madhuri arrived very quickly and treated me with great professionalism and kindness. They immediately identified my symptoms and acted fast to stabilize the situation. They explained everything clearly, prescribed the right treatment, and followed up properly afterwards. The whole experience was smooth, efficient and very reassuring. Highly recommended.
