I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at the Tasheel service center. The issue I experienced was specifically with the staff member at the token counter. The typists and other staff members were very professional, helpful, and responsible in their roles. However, the token counter staff member was not handling customer service efficiently and caused unnecessary delays. He asked me to open MOHRE on my phone and show it to him, even though this is not a required step in the Tasheel process for a company open file application. The MOHRE account was already registered and available at our office, and even the typist did not request it or need it during the process. In addition, instead of clearly informing me of all required documents at the beginning, he repeatedly asked me to show different items one by one—such as License, ejari and the establishment card. Each time, he spent excessive time zooming in on my phone screen without actually verifying anything through the system. This approach was unnecessary and led to a waste of time. It would have been far more professional if he had provided a clear checklist of required documents upfront, rather than repeatedly asking to view documents that were either not required or not being properly verified. I understand that document verification is part of the process; however, it should be done efficiently and through the appropriate system channels, not by repeatedly zooming in on a customer’s phone screen. This creates frustration and delays for customers. I kindly suggest that staff at the token counter be better trained to communicate requirements clearly and handle their responsibilities more professionally, ensuring a smoother and more efficient customer experience. We went here thinking it’s Dubai Courts, with a POA drafted by a legal company and already translated into Arabic. Asked at the front desk «is this Dubai courts» and got told yes, but somehow ended up getting charged 630dhs on top of the Dubai courts POA fee by some random translation company. At the time, we asked what the fees were and were told they were Dubai Courts charges. This is a private company, and they only gave me receipts showing what we actually paid for after I messaged to query the charges (private notary service fees ++). It is very unclear when dealing with the staff here that this is no longer a Dubai courts service centre.

Very disappointing experience at Amer Center in Dubai. The staff were unprofessional and poorly informed. I was asked to come back multiple times, and each day they requested a new document that they should have clearly listed from the beginning. Because of their lack of clear guidance, my entry permit was delayed and I missed my flight booking. I had to travel from Sharjah to Dubai for three consecutive days, losing time, money, and energy. If the required documents had been explained properly from the start, none of this would have happened. Extremely frustrating experience.

I would give no stars if possible. I paid aed 25,000 to set up a business. The guy either quit or was fired and i never received even 1 email. I am still waiting for my trade license and cannot run my business as ‘Stripe’ has paused transactions until i can show the license and nobody is responding to me. Despite explaining my situation multiple times, I was repeatedly instructed to contact the employer again, even after informing them that the employer was not responding at all. No alternative solution, escalation, or clear guidance was provided. As a result, my visa issue remains unresolved, and I am facing serious financial hardship with no income and no support. I expected professional handling and accountability, but unfortunately, my experience was only delays and redirection without resolution.
