Excellent service. Booking a home visit for blood tests went super smooth and easy, they answered on WhatsApp almost immediately. I scheduled my home visit late night day before and they still managed to organise it for me. Very kind Nurse Manisha showed up exactly on time, she was very careful and gentle, made me feel absolutely nothing. Truly recommend!
Highly recommended. Nurse Susma performed my blood draw during a home visit and was extremely professional, skilled, and gentle. I honestly did not feel the needle at all. This is the second time she has done the service for me, and both experiences were excellent. Very punctual, reassuring, and efficient throughout the process. Thank you for the great care and service.
Manisha was fantastic. Turned up 10 minutes early. Very polite. Was wearing a face mask to avoid spreading anything which although not of concern to me personally was noted as I expect there are those who will want or prefer that. Very clean through process with cleaning hands, swabbing needlepoint with alcohol, keeping everything well clinically segregated to avoid contamination at each step etc. Found my vein first time and it was relatively painless. Highly recommend and grateful to her. Now just need to wait for results.
They were very informative over WhatsApp about their services and it was easy to book. They send a message 15 minutes before our appointment to confirm the team will arrive in 15 minutes which was great! Manisha my nurse was excellent and it was done professional, painless and quick.
Very happy I decided to get their Ramadan blood test package offer. The nurse arrived on time, was gentle and quick. The results were ready the next day, super quick. The Doctor that called me to discuss the results was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very happy overall.
