I would like to share my positive experience with your home care services. The call center team was very responsive and efficient in arranging a home blood test. The nurse arrived on time and carried out the procedure in a highly professional manner. The blood was taken smoothly, without any discomfort or bruising. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of service provided. Well done to your team, I would highly recommend your services to others in town.

We have been using the night nurse service for almost two months and I can say that it has been such a positive experience. After experiencing postpartum complications, this service has helped me a lot with my recovery. New moms need to sleep in order to give the best of themselves to their little ones. We had the chance to work mainly with Shenna and she was amazing! She took such good care of our little one! She has been instrumental in creating a sleep structure with the baby from his 4th week. She has been super helpful with sharing tips and tricks. Because of her, I feel much more confident as a mother who is often questioning amd doubting herself! We also had the chance to work with Beeta for a few days. Her calm energy has been a perfect match with baby! Thank you for everything! Roxane

Nightingale visited my office and provided multiple therapies including massages, readings and other treatments. I was thoroughly impressed with their service and professionalism. My masseuse was Princess, and she put a lot of effort into the service. Would definitely recommend!

I just had the worst experience with this company. Nurse Mildred. She wanted immediately to know what my wifi password was so she could connect to her phone. Strange considering at some point I’m supposed to trust this person to go outside with my daughter but her phone isn’t even connected… so how would I contact her. I then tell her please clean bottles and baby food container. She looks at me strangely but then proceeds. I then ask her please put some of the baby’s strawberry’s in the bin and change bin which by the way has nappies in it and she tells me that’s not her job . She won’t throw the bin out. All this in the first 10 mins of meeting her. I call the company and ask them what’s going on. My baby is sleeping at this point and will be for the next 2 hours. I say why can’t she help me with this … to which this say no refund will be provided and it’s not her job to do anything not related to the baby (even emptying a bin with nappies in it) … Then i ask her to leave she continues to sit outside my door using my wifi. This is all within 10 mins. Imagine thinking you will get quality help and paying premium for it and realising you’re getting nothing. I’ve been told someone will reach out to me tomorrow…unbelievable. Could have really had a loyal customer .

Midwife Fatima is extremely amazing, made me comfortable and she is very knowledgeable . However whoever is dealing with customers via whatsapp is extremely rude and management should review who is working here and hire someone with more compassion and experience dealing with customers. I had one session with Fatima and didnt realize I would need another one as I am a first time mom and situations come up. The reception gave me attitude when i was about to pay and advised its the full price even though it is a follow up session. They said its because " I didnt advise them ahead of time I needed multiple visits or a package". Really disappointed and angry. Unfortunately wont book with them again 🙁

Excellent service — very organized, fast, and efficient. The package was definitely worth the cost, as it included not only the blood test but also additional services like Physiotherapy etc. , which made it great value for money. The nurses & doctor were very accommodating and professional. Highly recommended!

I met Fatima (lactation consultant / midwife) for her lactation consultant services twice and she has been wonderful!! It brought a lot of confidence to my breastfeeding journey 🙂 Highly recommend her services (and she is also French speaking!) 🙏 Thanks a lot Fatima!!
