I had such an amazing experience at Hortman Clinic Jumeirah and I honestly can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, everything felt so clean, calm, and professional. The staff are incredibly welcoming and really make you feel comfortable right away. A special shoutout to "Jan" who took care of us — she was absolutely wonderful! So kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. She explained every step clearly, made sure we were at ease the entire time, and you can really tell she genuinely cares about her patients and their results. We're excited to see our skin refreshed and glowing. The initial result exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling so confident and happy. If you’re thinking about trying a facial or any skin treatment, this is definitely the place to go. Highly, highly recommended!

He is very professional, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. What I appreciated the most is his honesty and genuine care for patients. He gives sincere advice and makes sure you understand the medication and the best options for you. It’s rare to find someone so trustworthy and dedicated. Highly recommended excellent service, great professionalism, and truly one of the best people to deal with in the field.

I had an amazing experience with my Ultraclear laser treatment by Dr. Karem at Hortman Clinics. I’m on day 7 of recovery and the peeling is coming along just as expected. The treatment is designed to refresh the skin and improve texture, and the new layer already looks smoother. From the consultation to the aftercare, everything was great. The doctor and his team explained every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. Everyone at the clinic was kind and welcoming. I’m already seeing early improvements and I’m happy with the care I received.

What’s really impressive is that even though I haven’t done the treatment for about five months, my skin still looks and feels great — a clear sign of the quality and lasting results of her care. I visited the clinic to see Rebecca. There was no consultation or meeting her prior to my laser. The assistant placed numbing cream for 30 mins still unaware of I was going to be doing as I wanted to do the laser of my choice ultra clear but had not met with her yet. I had no idea i was a good candidate. After sometime she came and politely introduced herself. She said let’s take a look…. She promptly said I should do combination of pico & ultra clear. I was taken for the laser and was done. She seemed to be a little rushed and the assistant kept interrupting and asking questions about another client in the other room. So she kept stopping a few times. After she’s done another lady took over and she said she will take care of me for the cooling down. I was recommended to follow the after care steps on a paper and giving highly priced list of skin care creams I was recommended to buy following the laser… After a week I didn’t see nothing so I asked they said wait for a month…I didn’t see no results and I had a lot of pigmentation on my forehead come back over the month…I Wouldn’t recommend you don’t get what you pay for in my experience.

Im a 10yrs patient of Dr. Sihem she so professional and the best. She treat a like a baby. I’m scared to go anywhere only for her. It was amazing with the best services of Sihem and also her nurse Cyril she’s so nice and professional and I would like to thanks everyone from the reception and to the team. Extremely disappointing experience. I contacted Hortman Clinics to book an appointment with Dr. Sezgin and was immediately passed around between multiple people with no clear ownership of my case. I was repeatedly told that "Ms. Adriana will reach out shortly," yet days passed with no appointment date, no follow-up, and no initiative from their side. I clearly explained that I am on a limited two-week vacation and needed a confirmed appointment date to plan accordingly. Despite this, I received nothing but copy-paste responses asking me to "kindly wait," without any concrete information or respect for my time. For a medical clinic — especially one operating in a highly competitive and sensitive field — this level of disorganization and lack of communication is unacceptable. If this is how pre-appointment coordination is handled, it raises serious concerns about how patients are treated afterward. Unprofessional, poorly managed, and frustrating. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who values clear communication and basic professionalism.
