I underwent a root canal treatment with Dr. Zohdi, followed by the crown procedure with Dr. Islam Fahmy, and I am very satisfied with the overall experience. Both doctors demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and patient care throughout the treatment process. Doctor Mohamed Ghouda is honestly the best doctor I've dealt with in Dubai. His knowledge and treatment and prescribed medications are always 100% correct. That is besides his extremely excellent bedside manner and his very respectful way of dealing and communicating with me. He is a doctor who's hands I feel completely safe in. His nurse Amira is also excellent she has a very positive and friendly demeanor.

I did circumcision for my twins here, and I regret it so much, starting first for missing information to us we wasn’t informed that we will not be allowed to be with ours babies during the procedure, it’s was very hard to heard our babies crying alone with nurses and Dr inside, also the nurses that were not kind, they don’t have any clue how to deal with babies when they are in panic. They were very cold and even rude. After the circumcision I had appointment to follow up but I did prefer to don’t go since I knew that my babies will be again traumatic for them, I asked if it’s possible to just send pictures to show to Dr they said ok, after sending a pictures I had never ever received any unswer as well I did send another message asking for a update and never received any response. I had to take them them pediatrician to check them that everything was okey. Very disappointing …

A very disappointing and disrespectful experience I booked a circumcision for my newborn son, and the experience was very disappointing. • We waited over an hour for anesthesia while being told not to feed him as i must do after the surgery for better recovery. • I was taken into the surgery room without meeting the doctor, despite asking multiple times to discuss the procedure first. • I was charged an extra 300 AED for medication that was never mentioned beforehand (only 1000 AED was quoted). • When I asked to feed my son, I was taken to a room where a nurse behaved very rudely, shouting at my older son and asking us to leave in an aggressive manner. Although another staff member later apologized, the overall experience was unprofessional and disrespectful. Staff clearly need better training

Dr. Zuhdi is a very professional dentist. He was very cooperative, supportive and patient. Overall the Dr and the clinic are recommended for anyone who’s looking to a professional and clean environment
