Working with Ulrika bladh has made a significant difference in my life. When I started therapy, I was going through a very difficult period and felt completely stuck, Over time, through her support and guidance, I’ve been able to rebuild a sense of stability, understand myself better, and approach life in a very different way. What stands out most is how she helps you make sense of your thoughts and emotions, and gives you the tools to navigate challenging moments instead of feeling overwhelmed by them. The progress doesn’t happen overnight, but it is real and lasting. Today, I feel more grounded, more in control, and able to face situations that once felt impossible. I’ve regained motivation, reconnected with life, and started planning for the future again. I’m truly grateful for her professionalism, patience, and the safe space she creates. I would highly recommend her to anyone going through a difficult time or looking to better understand themselves The center has a really welcoming and professional atmosphere. The reception team in particular stands out they are always kind, helpful, and respectful.

Unprofessional and inconsistent service. My experience with this clinic was disappointing from the very first interaction. I was initially quoted a price, then offered a "discounted" rate, only to later be told that the discount did not apply to EMDR therapy — despite my request being clearly specified from the start. This lack of clarity and consistency wasted my time. Customer service was unable to answer basic questions with accuracy. I was told there were several specialists available, yet only one name was provided — and that practitioner did not even specialise in the therapy I was seeking. I also asked how the clinic matches clients to appropriate therapists based on their needs and conditions, and no clear answer was given. When it comes to therapy, this is fundamental — it should not be a random allocation. The pricing is also difficult to justify. Sessions are close to AED 1,000, yet there is no flexibility or package offering, even when I clearly expressed interest in committing to multiple sessions. Overall, the process felt disorganised, unclear, and not client-focused. I would recommend improving transparency, communication, and how clients are matched with appropriate specialists.

Not sure about their other services but with my unfortunate and very questionable experience of couples therapy after 14+ sessions lead to wasted time, money and a problem arose that actually did not exist. Sadly they disappeared after my questions and escalations too. For other couples seeking counseling, I sincerely ask to avoid. Had so much hope and trust but very disappointed with them.

The help desk is very unhelpful. I’m trying to book an appointment but I have some questions about the clinic procedures. But they actively ignore questions and they reply with 1 worded answers. They also never call u back. I don’t even want to go here anymore.

Not recommended. I can’t speak for the other therapists in the clinic, but I was assigned to Rachael Charles for help with anger management. After 7 sessions with her, I still had no clarity on what the actual solutions or step-by-step plan were. There were no rehearsals, no practical tools, and nothing beyond discussion. Most of the sessions were spent simply exploring background stories, "awareness," and triggers — but without any clear intervention, strategy, or application. I eventually stopped because it felt unstructured and unproductive. She repeatedly said things like: "I’ll send you the video," "We’ll do the rehearsal next week," "I’ll bring the flash cards next week," "I’ll email you your progress," but none of these ever happened. The only solutions given were breathing techniques and walking away — both extremely generic and something anyone could easily find online without paying for 7 sessions.
