Climate Plus

I purchased an outdoor misting / cooling system from SORS, which their team expertly installed in my garden. With occasional maintenance issues from the machines, their team were very quick to respond with inspections and repairs. Climate Plus is a known brand across Dubai. You will walk past their equipment without realising it all across the city because they supply major retailers and restaurants. Aside from the equipment and expertise, they also have exceptional after sales service, which is extremely important for costly outdoor equipment in this climate. I have always had quick responses and a "we will sort it out" attitude from Mohamed Adel, who dispatched his team as soon as possible. I strongly vouch for this company based on the experience I’ve had.

Totally irresponsible management. Caused huge disruption to our wedding party. The booking is at 5.30pm but they only arrived at 7.15pm. Carrying on the maintenance on site, damaged units that led to asking them to keep what is working and removing the damaged ones as the guests are waiting outside. It is not enough that we are stressed, this added another level of stress and frustration unnecessarily!!!

SORS are reliable reliable in al manner within their business area. We ordered this warmers and our customers dnt have to end their gathering because of colds, they keep the environment warm enough to go on whenever time allows. We have been in partnership with them for sometime and now as well suppling us with banquet chairs too. I urgently needed heater for our outdoor birthday party. We ordered 4. It was perfect. The gas tank was more than enough for the duration of the party, I turned it on from 7pm to 1am on high and there was still plenty left. The service and installation was great even though I live in Abu Dhabi they delivered it on time with no problem. Highly recommended!!
