Happy with the overall service from the team. It was easy to communicate and get the quotation. They all are professional, polite and it’s nice to see a Filipino on-ground team doing the AC maintenance. Rodolfo, Dhomer, Christian, Wilfredo and Raffy spend more than 5 hours continuously working in my apartment. They covered every part of the apartment, wore shoe covers and also repainted the areas that were worked on! Great job guys!👏👏

I had team 1 and Team 3 visit my Villa for AC Deep cleaning and maintenance. The team did an excellent job servicing my AC today. They arrived on time, were very professional, and explained clearly what work needed to be done. Everything was completed effort and they left the area clean and tidy afterwards. My AC is running much better now. I really appreciate their attention to detail and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable AC maintenance.

Gilbert, Wilbert and Salmon came to clean up the AC machines and ducts and did a great job. They arrived ahead of schedule and waited for the assigned time without attempting to start the job earlier, which is already a big plus in my opinion considering the challenges we face with schedules with many services and companies. This showcased professionalism and consideration from their side and that was also seen for the rest of the service. They worked hard, efficiently and did a great job overall. The before and after in one of our ac unit vents speaks for itself (photo). I can only commend Gilbert, Wilbert and Salmon as great assets to Mistral. Will definitely book again when needed and recommend Mistral to others.

Don’t ever buy ACs in winter season…the ACs which are giving winter are not working in Summer, i bought AC in winter because I shifted house and have money to buy..now these are asking me 200dhs only for visit…so be careful guys

Having lived in a house with the bluestar AC for last 1.5 Years. (1)These ACs are not made for the Gulf region and are not capable of cooling during the intense (+40C temperatures). (2) They only have 1 motor for the entire house, so if it breaks down (which it did for us in its first year of operation) all the internal units stop working (3) It is not energy efficient (as claimed due to only 1 external motor) and the bill is similar to that of a normal AC. Overall a subpar product that is not worth it at all.
