They were able to resolve the problem efficiently, and everything is working properly now. Team Seltics from Octopus came to do the service of the AC as drain was heavily dripping water and they cleaned and fixed everything at first attempt right at first visit. Perfect JOB WELL DONE… NO first you have to pay inspection fee and NO stupid big drama to make the bill heavy. I’m living in Dubai for 20 years and this was my very first time for someone to arrive and do the job at first call without asking for inspection fee. Im stressing on this specially as Prior calling Octopus, I had called another highly rated company with best Google review rating but they came twice for inspection and then sent a team just to arrive to tell me they can not guarantee they can fix it so I kicked them out furiously and got my money refunded. The bill from other company was 4 times the fee I paid Octopus.

A great job done by a very respectful team. The aircon ducts were filthy and now they are spotless. The photos are proof. The team covered all the furniture before beginning the cleaning, and ensured the house was properly cleaned once they had finished. I reached out and immediately the interactions were great. Costumer service is very good and the technicians speak very well English, are very knowledgeable and helpful. I received a quote after an inspection and all my questions were answered before accepting it. Booking a team can usually be done for the next day or maybe the day after. They said they would come at 09:00AM and they showed up at 09:00AM. It was weird 😉 (please read the sarcasm, they actually showed up on time, which is quite rare in my experience). All problems were solved after the works had been done. Highly recommend!

Nadeem did a great job with cable management for me. I’ve been struggling with it for years and I never thought to search for ‘cable management Dubai’. Today, when I tried to do it myself (first picture attached), I realised it wasn’t as neat as I was seeing in some YouTube videos, and I was really going for that clean aesthetic. Nadeem came in and within an hour he rearranged all the cables, neatly fixed them together and made the whole setup look sleek and clean — just what I wanted. The Upkeep team installed new Nest thermostats at our villa. They did an amazing job where an other supplier totally failed! I had paid earlier the same amount to an other company which installed not working thermostats. The other company was not at all helpful to resolve the issue! My advice is use right away Upkeep and safe yourself the troubles I had!

Whilst the installation process and team was good, terrible pre and post sales service. One of the products is faulty, it took a while for the team to come and fix but it’s still not fixed. I have messaged now for over a month and choppy it no response for both fixing the existing issue and new requirements.

Vilanova – changed york thermostats for Nest.2 bed rooms and living room. Great job. They succeeded in installing a nest with a brushless motor DC, where i can control fan speed from the NEST thermostat , in bedrooms… 2 other companies could not do it. It is expensive..but worth it. Strongly recomended for ac units. I will try them for maintenance as well. York company, which provided units in Vilanova said it was impossible. Well…they made it work.Good job.

I would like to recommend Samra Facilities inc. for their service. Maria provided a very quick return to all my question about the different models of AC and their prices. Some quirk happened during the process and Maria responsibly responded to it. The installation part was very good and replacing the 3 AC Ducted systems took only 2 days. The place was left almost as clean as it was when the work started. Very glad with my choice and will contact Samra for some other work.
