Upkeep Building Maintenance LLC

The Upkeep team installed new Nest thermostats at our villa. They did an amazing job where an other supplier totally failed! I had paid earlier the same amount to an other company which installed not working thermostats. The other company was not at all helpful to resolve the issue! My advice is use right away Upkeep and safe yourself the troubles I had!

Great service, quick response time on WhatsApp and smooth installation from the team. Very happy with the new ecobee smart thermostat. Worthwhile improvement to my place on palm Jumeirah.

I have used their services to install two NEST thermostats at my villa in AlZahia.Job was completed neatly at almost no time with their pro team. Their response is usually quick and they provide complete knowledge of the process. I would certainly recommend their services.

Update, since then I have used their services for AC services and the service has been good. I have updated the my review to 3 stars now from an overall experience. Whilst the installation process and team was good, terrible pre and post sales service. One of the products is faulty, it took a while for the team to come and fix but it’s still not fixed. I have messaged now for over a month and choppy it no response for both fixing the existing issue and new requirements.

Vilanova - changed york thermostats for Nest.2 bed rooms and living room. Great job. They succeeded in installing a nest with a brushless motor DC, where i can control fan speed from the NEST thermostat , in bedrooms... 2 other companies could not do it. It is expensive..but worth it. Strongly recomended for ac units. I will try them for maintenance as well. York company, which provided units in Vilanova said it was impossible. Well...they made it work.Good job.

Excellent service! I had an emergency with my smart lock. I got a response within few minutes, guiding me on what to do and they sent the team within an hour of me being home. Super professional

This thermostat company is very helpful, they helped me install 3 thermostats in my apartment, very useful. And their service is very good too, prompt response, professional advice, and quick feedback to help if you have any issues about the thermostat. Personally, I strongly recommend this company and their service, I believe you can get a best result from their service.
