Superfix Appliance Repair

I’ve now used Superfix on three separate occasions — to repair my industrial vacuum, bar fridge, and most recently my water dispenser — and every experience has been excellent. Their team is professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. What impressed me most was their turnaround time: two of the repairs were completed within 24 hours, and both items are still working perfectly. Their pricing is also very fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of service provided. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such consistent, reliable service these days. I genuinely can’t recommend Superfix highly enough!

I had my air fryer chord fixed (as I've checked Electrolux authorized service centers and none of them have the spare parts that I need) so after they have replace a 3rd party parts and I thought its fine, but the moment I used it after a few minutes, my air fryer is fluctuating and when I checked the power cord it was very hot, so I unplugged it and after that i found out it is melting from the power socket and 1 pin from the power socket stuck in the socket. and I found out that the power cord/cable wire is not compatible with the required as the original power cord was also brought to them, lack of knowledge and negligence by their technician, very unprofessional, this is very serious matter as it may cause fire. the worst appliance service, and will definitely file a formal complaint to the authority. AVOID THIS RUBBISH REPAIR CENTER!

Excellent service! The Superfix Appliance technical team repaired my fridge and freezer at home within just 3 hours. Very professional and efficient, they fixed everything on the spot and saved me the usual 2–3 days of hassle. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent experience with this repair shop! Our water cooler’s pump had completely stopped working, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly and professionally. They even came to pick up the water cooler and delivered it back to us once the repair was done—such a convenient and thoughtful service. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us updated throughout the process. The water cooler now works perfectly. Highly recommend this shop for anyone needing reliable, efficient repairs with outstanding customer service!

I highly appreciate the repair service of my old Bork meat grinder done by Mr Sajeevan Customer service was perfect from friendly phone call to appliance repair in my presence within some 20 minutes only While waiting I was offered coffee, all the staff was friendly and polite I must note that Bork official service was not able to repair as well as dozen other Dubai appliance repair shops I strongly recommend to use the service of Alonsa Electric if you need fast and quality repair of your old but still loved kitchen appliances Dr V.Raevski
