Worst Experience Ever – Extremely Unprofessional Service This was by far the worst experience we've had with an AC service team. Our problem remains unresolved. The technician arrived but did not fix the fault and left the site without addressing the issue. He claimed the cooling would start within an hour, but when we asked him to wait and verify, he refused to listen. Despite our repeated requests, he insisted everything was fine, took the payment, and left. An hour later, there was still no cooling. When we tried to contact him again, he ignored our calls and completely avoided us. This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is unacceptable. Still we are waiting to rectify the AC with this hot weather with full of sweat.
Totally fake we called because they shows they are located in the area so we can reach them if the service is not correct. They came to fix our ac they got their money and ac wasn't fixed. They said it will work after some time keep it running. It's been three days and we don't have any ac. Since then we called them to come and have a look. They never came back. We tried to reach them but when we reached at given location it's just a road in the community nothing else. Don't trust them they are fake.
AC Service Dubai is now my go-to for any A/C maintenance or repair needs. Their team's expertise and dedication make them stand out in the competitive market. Highly recommended!
