IBT: No. 1 BPO Company in Middle East

IBT is a highly unprofessional company with exploitative practices. Offering 3k AED for a 6-day work week is unacceptable and shows complete disregard for employees’ time and skills. The interview experience was even worse. The operations manager was openly disrespectful, and it was obvious that there is strong racial bias, with clear preference given to Arab and Egyptian candidates. This made the entire process feel discriminatory and insulting. Overall, this organization is poorly managed, disrespectful, and not worth anyone’s effort. I strongly advise job seekers to avoid interviews here altogether—it is nothing but a waste of time and energy.
