I recently rented a car and overall had a mixed experience. The booking process was straightforward and fairly quick, which I appreciated. The car itself was clean and in decent condition when I picked it up, and it drove smoothly throughout the rental period. However, there were a few downsides. The staff forget to give me a copy of the agreement. But they provided a copy through WhatsApp On the positive side, the return process was relatively hassle-free, and the staff were polite and professional when handling the checkout. Pricing was reasonable compared to other options. Overall, it was very okay. ✅

It's the second time that I rented a car from Indigo Business Bay branch. They are easy to contact and the staff are very responsive and accommodating. The process was straight to the point and very simple. Sir Khurram accommodated everything that I needed and event went above and beyond. I don't like it everytime my car needs to go to the garage for quite a while to get some work done. But whenever I have to, I will surely rent a can with Indigo and will sureky recommend it to my friends too.

This is one of the worst companies. I strongly advise everyone not to rent cars from them. They are proper scammers. They lie, and their employees are also involved with them. I rented a car, and I am attaching pictures as proof. The car was already full of scratches from different places when I received it. However, when I went to return the car, there was a small mark. I have also attached a picture of that. When I cleaned it with a wet cloth, the mark was completely removed. It was just color transferred from another car’s door, not an actual scratch. But by that time, they had already noted it. They pressured and threatened me, even mentioning the police, and forced me to pay 1400 AED for that small mark, which wasn’t even permanent and could be wiped off easily.

I had a very disappointing experience with this car rental company. they claimed that I had a parking violation and demanded payment from me. I personally contacted the parking operator, the RTA, and checked both the Dubai Police and RTA applications. I was informed that the parking violation had already been canceled because it was issued in error due to a technical issue with the parking enforcement vehicle. I was also told that the rental company had not paid any fine. Despite this, the company continued insisting that I pay and refused to contact the parking operator themselves, even though the operator was willing to explain the situation directly to them. Instead, I was repeatedly told that it was "my business" to resolve the matter. I found the staff rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to investigate the facts before demanding payment. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be very careful and to verify any charges independently.
