I had a painting agreement where all terms and conditions were clearly defined. I expected the work to be carried out fairly and professionally. Unfortunately, several damages were caused, including a damaged lock, paint stains on the kitchen cabinets, incomplete work, and damage to the sprinkler cover. When I requested that these issues be fixed, the worker visited twice but showed no willingness to take responsibility or properly resolve the problems. I am disappointed and am sharing my experience only to guide others who may wish to have a better experience. In addition, the quality of the paint application was extremely poor. The ceiling paint was highly defective, and when I asked them to correct it, they stopped answering my calls. There are no bad intentions behind this comment — it is simply genuine and honest feedback based on my experience. Update: They called only to give excuses and avoid taking responsibility for the issues caused by their team. In addition, they refused to accept the compensation terms clearly stated in the agreement they signed. As evidence of my statement and to protect future customers from facing the same situation, I have filed a case with Dubai Consumer Protection.

Highly recommend the Adam's care team. I have had my AC deep cleaning done by them and all types of small handyman work around the home. The team is extremely professional and very diligent.
