I’ve been using Maid World Cleaning Services for a while now and overall I’ve had a very good experience. The service is reliable, and the team usually does a great job keeping everything clean and well-organized. The only downside is that it can sometimes be difficult to book the same cleaner each time, which can be a bit inconvenient when you find someone you really like. However, the overall quality of service remains consistent. My most recent booking was with Carol, and I was very happy with her work. She was professional, thorough, and clearly experienced. She paid attention to details and left everything neat and tidy. I would definitely recommend her. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend this company.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. The cleaner who came to my home, CLEO, behaved in an unprofessional and concerning manner. While trying to remove some white, bleached marks on my stove—marks that appeared after her initial cleaning—she began aggressively scrubbing the surface, which have caused further damage. When I asked her to stop scratching, she looked at me with her eyes wide open in a confrontational manner, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable.!!! I told her I would pay and preferred she leave, but she continued as if she hadn’t heard me and began moving unusually slowly, seemingly on purpose. When I brought this up with the manager, she was defensive and insisted the damage was already there. The overall experience felt unprofessional and dismissive. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this service.

The quality of service is falling flat. After engaging them for more than 2 years, I can see a marked fall in quality of staff in the last few instance and don't think will engage them again.

⚠️I think most of the reviews here are fake⚠️I chose this company after seeing the high rate on google but was extremely disappointed and shocked!!! Unprofessional cleaners, very slow, unorganized, they have no patience, they show attitude when you try to approach them what to clean and how. The way they clean is very superficial. The cleaning materials they use are horrible especially the cloth which look like they have been used 100 times before!! I don’t recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for a proper cleaning. See pictures attached (that’s after they finished and left) Waste of money and time 👎🏻
