We shipped our personal items from Dubai to Lebanon with Al Fares Cargo, trusting them with packaging, transportation, and storage, all of which were entirely their responsibility. Unfortunately, when we received our shipment, several items were already broken, which was extremely disappointing and stressful. In addition, several items were received wet. Even more concerning, not all items have been unboxed yet, so we are still unsure about the full extent of the damage. I will be attaching photos of the damaged items to clearly show their condition upon arrival. Despite contacting the agent we were dealing with multiple times (Mrs. H. E.), and sharing photos and videos of the damaged items, no action was taken by the company, and our concerns were not properly addressed showing the company lack of response and responsibility. This experience has caused us significant stress and is far from what we expected when trusting a professional shipping company.

I had a very positive experience with Al Fares Cargo. Although my parcel was delayed, their customer service was excellent throughout the process (Shoutout to Bassem who was always available to reach regardless of what time of day it was). Whenever I needed an update, he was easy to contact, responsive, and always willing to help. He kept me informed and worked to resolve the issue quickly. Delays can happen in shipping, but what stood out was how he handled the situation and made sure everything was sorted out. Overall, I'm satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again.

The price was reasonable, they offered protection for my belongings, and they handled everything with care. All my items arrived intact and nothing was broken. After they receive the package, they won't answer your messages or calls. All they care about is making you pay more Hidden Fee with threating You for daily increasing port handling fees. All the positive reviews are fake. I believed those reviews and sent my package. They've turned my life into hell. 4month i didnt recive my shippment and i paid 2700usd port charge for their mistakes. Somedays even i think about leave my shipment to Port. If it was not my personal stuff,i was planing to do it. Its a Worst Service ever what i see. no answer,no information, just threats.

They just transported my car from Riyadh to dubai and the service was amazing. Very quick replies on WhatsApp, great price, and car was picked up one day and delivered the next day. Thank you!
