JustMaid - Cleaning Company in Dubai

Awful service, strongly discourage anyone to use their cleaning service. Not only they didn't clean properly the house, but they didn't even wiped the dust on top of table. Didn't clean sinks. Didn't wipe the floors. Hairs on floors as it was before cleaning. I paid extra for balcony cleaning and extra wardrobe cleaning, they did nothing. Just a waste of money. I regret that i called them. It was my first time using their service.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with JustMaid. The service was a complete failure. The cleaner arrived without basic cleaning materials and did not have a working vacuum cleaner, so no cleaning was carried out. I immediately reported this to their team. While the cleaner was called back, no proper resolution or alternative service was provided. Despite this, my credit card was still charged. I did not explicitly approve this charge, which is very concerning. This experience raises serious concerns about service quality and billing practices. I would strongly advise others to double-check service readiness and payment terms before proceeding.

It’s the most awful experience of the maid service I’ve ever had. The staff is unqualified and negligent. The only way to get adequate service is if you’re willing to stand along and control each movement. Otherwise you’ll find that they didn’t fit into 2 hours to clean the studio and you’ll have to chores yourself.
