My family and I went to Dubai Festival City Mall to celebrate New Year’s, and we of course had to make a pit stop at Magnolia Bakery. At the time, there was an offer on their banana pudding, but honestly, even without a promotion, I would highly recommend it. They offer a gluten-free option as well as other banana pudding flavours, but the classic banana pudding is absolutely top-tier. I also feel like this doesn’t get said enough, their chocolate parfait pudding deserves way more recognition 🤤 It’s rich, indulgent, and definitely worth trying. The ambiance is another highlight. It genuinely feels like you’re stepping into someone’s cozy home, which makes the whole experience warm and comforting rather than just a quick dessert stop. Our host, Rayhan, was extremely accommodating and lovely to deal with. He maintained a positive attitude throughout and was always there whenever we needed assistance. Overall, a wonderful experience, great desserts, welcoming service, and a beautiful, home-like atmosphere.

Popped into Magnolia Bakery at Festival City while I was visiting Dubai from Al Ain, and honestly… best decision! I was on a mission for mini cupcakes (fresh + cute + not overpriced) and Magnolia came through. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. I needed the cupcakes for a family occasion and wanted to add cupcake toppers, but the box despite being cute, wasn't the "gift moment" type I had in mind. So I asked if they could give me a cake board and the manager immediately hooked me up... no hesitation! Made the whole thing look adorable and everyone loved it. 10/10 cupcakes + 10/10 customer service. Definitely recommend!

The atmosphere is great, the location is excellent, and the restaurant is lovely with comfortable seating. The Americano is average, not exceptional, but suitable for those who prefer a lighter coffee. The desserts are good, and the prices are reasonable. Don't miss the chance to try it.

ordered the double-layered brownie for AED 15. Super tasty. We asked for it hot, but it first came out just warm. The Filipino lady helping us was polite and checked with us, and when we said it wasn’t hot enough, she didn’t just reheat the same piece (which we’d already poked). Instead, she gave us a completely new brownie and warmed it until the chocolate was perfectly melted. Honestly, that small effort made the whole experience great. Definitely going back—especially to try their famous Banana Pudding. 5/5. Recommended.

We had the best experience here. It was my friends birthday and they made it extra special with the decor. We loved the cakes, it was moist, soft and flavorful. Pratap was amazing and very kind to us, he made my friends birthday special. We can’t wait to visit again.

Pratap was very nice and a genuine person. He was willing to help me pack the banana pudding to bring back to my country. The food was good was aswell. Highly recommended. Magnolia Bakery was lucky to have Pratap.
