where’s the fish? Booked a DEEP SEA fishing trip with family… here’s what we got: - not a fishing boat.. it was a cruising yacht not meant for deep sea fishing… and definitely not for 10 people… - no life vests on board… we had a 4-year old with us, which by the way we got to know later that is illegal if boat capacity is less. - no proper fishing equipment and bait… and rods were less … only 5… we paid for 10. - boat was not as shown in the pics… in short not in a great condition. - the crew was helpful but helpless… cuz they were on duty and doing as instructed. - The owner of Tootfun refused to speak to us… and directed us to the booking agent. - Mr Ahmed (booking agent) was rude on the call, not ready to take responsibility the service provided (clearly not what we had paid for) and banged the phone on us. Overall a very bad experience… definitely not recommended… if u still decide to go, please be ready to forfeit your money if not satisfied.

We had an amazing experience on our yacht trip thanks to Captain Dyfan and crew member Shalan. They were incredibly supportive from start to finish and made everything run so smoothly 🤩. Both of them were very friendly, easy to be with, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. Because of their professionalism and great attitude, we truly enjoyed every moment of our trip. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tool fun is an amazing experience. The hosts were really welcoming, and attentive, making us able to create many lifelong memories. Allowed us, as a family to enjoy ourselves as well as making it a good experience for the kids to enjoy. Would definitely recommend. Thank you very much.

WE SPENT VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE BOAT WE RENTED YESTURDAY... FIRST WE PAID FULL PAYMENT AS REQUESTED PER THEM , AFTER THEY SHOWED US VERY NICE PICS OF THE BOAT, ... THE BOAT IS VERY OLD, ALL IS DIRTY AND IN BAD CONDITIONS, ZERO SAFETY , NO LIKE JACKETS ON THE BOAT, ALSO THE ENGINES ARE OLD THAT MAKING BAD NOICES AND CANT FUNCION PROPERLY ... VERY SLOW AND DANGEROUS BOAT TO SAIL WITH YOUR FAMILY.... I DONT RECOMEND THIS BOAT AND THIS COMPANY .. it was on sunday at 7am. boat gulf cruft 36 ... ( by the way i alredy adviced the civil defense about this boat condition ).. very dangerous boat to sail on it
