I have just had laser eye surgery at Medcare Eye Centre over the weekend, and I was incredibly fortunate to have been under the care of Dr. Emad Badawy, who carried out my procedure and has continued to look after me throughout my treatment, alongside the wonderful Nurse Cherry. From my initial consultation, through to the surgery itself and the follow up appointments, I felt genuinely cared for every step of the way. The team went above and beyond to ensure I was fully prepared, comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I felt exceptionally well looked after and am truly grateful to have had Dr. Emad as my surgeon and Nurse Cherry as such a reassuring and supportive presence throughout. Had my Femtolasik surgery done by Dr. Anupama Rao and the whole experience was really smooth and pleasant. Dr. Anupama was very chill, friendly and took her time to patiently explain everything clearly which made me feel comfortable throughout. Her professionalism, knowledge and confidence in handling the procedure really stood out and made me feel I was in safe hands. The surgery went well and I’m really happy with the results. Big thanks to Ms. Nidha, Ms. Rosy and Mr. Doni as well for being extremely supportive and helpful throughout the process. I would like to thank Dr Emad for his professionalism and approach before, during, and after Lasik. He was very gentle, commented every step in details, so I was completely calm during the surgery. My eyesight improved to 100% after the Lasik. We had an amazing experience with Dr. Emad Al Badawi. He is professional, patient, and truly excellent with children. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made my kids feel completely comfortable during the visit. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the staff at the reception are polite and quick. Had such a wonderful experience at Dr. Nandini at Eye Clinic (Medcare) 🤍 i was struggling with an eye infection and the care I received from the doctor was honestly amazing. She took such good care of me and thankfully my eye got so much better & very caring ! I recently had a successful laser eye surgery and was fortunate enough to be looked after by Dr Emad and his team. Emad made me feel at ease right away, super professional and experienced. I had -5 in both eyes with a moderate to high astigmatism in both eyes around -2, so he recommended lasik femto. I had 3 sessions in total, a prep, a follow up and the actual surgery. The surgery took no more than 30 mins end to end and after 2 days I was seeing perfectly. Thank you for the amazing life changing experience, would highly recommend to anybody that is fed up with glasses or lenses!
