Around 8:54 AM at Al Qusais Industrial 3 traffic light, I had almost had an accident because of his unacceptable behavior. He was making his own road and own direction. He was horning at asking me to make a space for him to go before me on the same lane. Such rude and reckless behavior will cause an accident for other motorists, including his passenger. I do hope your driver should be taught to follow traffic rules. Thank you
