I was attended to by Mr.Kherwin David on matters related to my DU Landline. His service standards were really of high quality. I was really impressed with his ability to interact, decipher and attend to my requests. DU is indeed fortunate to have dedicated employees like Kherwin in their organisation.

Probably one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. Firstly, the store showed that it closed at midnight. When we arrived at 23:30, no one was there. After around 20 minutes, Mr. Mathy or Medhi (something similiar)arrived and seemed very unhappy to see us. He said he couldn’t help because the store was closed, even though it was still before closing time. Instead of trying to assist us, he spent most of the time giving excuses about needing to leave. After we insisted that we needed support to upgrade our TV package, he briefly opened the website and showed the available packages, but without offering any real assistance or customer support. He also stated that there were no discounts available, which was incorrect, as when we later contacted the direct support line, they immediately offered us a discount for the upgraded plan. Overall, very disappointed with the customer service and the lack of willingness to help customers.

I had a major issue with a new du home WiFi newly activated, Mr Kherwin promptly asssted me in all the solutions available very professionaly. Highly recommended to open account with them personally and not throw online du agents.

The employee Mehdi should be ashamed of refusing work to the customers. Lying to customers regarding SIM card availability, the rudeness and the lack of help is astonishing. Watching movies on his mobile phone is more important than taking care of customers. The Filipino staff is very helpful though. Beware Du team, your kiosk is empty right now and nobody assisted me.
