He guided me free of cost as their service was somewhat over my budget. He himself suggested to look for cost effective options even though it was a loss of business for him/for MSI. It is extremely rare to come across such individuals with honesty, morality and benevolence. I thank him from the bottom of my heart. I believe the culture of an organisation is reflected in the way customers are treated. Hence even though I did not have much interaction with anyone else in MSI, I would still count on them to be one of the most competitive, honest and ethical auditors. Keep it up!
