We visited this restaurant yesterday and had a wonderful experience. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, which was warm, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing meal. The food and drinks were excellent, and everything was beautifully prepared and served. A special mention goes to the staff, especially Sudarshan and Nansu, who made our visit even more enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our time there. Their excellent service and genuine hospitality truly stood out. Thank you for making our visit so memorable. We highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back again soon! 😊

If you’re looking for a place that combines breathtaking views with genuine warmth, Level 43 Sky Lounge is it. From the moment the elevator doors opened and the Dubai skyline unfolded before me, I knew this was going to be a special evening. What truly set the experience apart, though, wasn’t just the stunning panoramic views or the expertly crafted cocktails it was the people. Our hostess, Nann Su, was an absolute gem. She greeted us with the kind of warm, genuine smile that immediately makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just another table. She was attentive without being intrusive, thoughtful in her recommendations, and went out of her way to make sure every detail of our evening was perfect. You could tell she genuinely loves what she does, and that energy is contagious. The atmosphere itself is electric yet refined perfect for a date night, a celebration, or simply unwinding after a long day in the city. The drinks menu is creative and beautifully presented, and the sunset views from up there are honestly some of the best in Dubai. Level 43 has earned a permanent spot on my list of favourite spots in the city, and a big part of that is thanks to Nann Su and the rest of the wonderful team. If you visit and you absolutely should ask for her. You won’t regret it.

Had such an amazing dining experience here! The rooftop view is absolutely breathtaking overlooking the Dubai skyline with iconic towers lighting up the night. The ambiance is very cozy. The food was beautifully presented and just as delicious as it looked. We tried sushi, sliders, and steak everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The drinks were refreshing and well-balanced, making the whole experience even better. Service was attentive and friendly, and the overall atmosphere made it perfect for date night or a special occasion. Great food, stunning views, and a memorable vibe, definitely worth visiting again! ❤️

The ambience is excellent, offering one of the best views of Sheikh Zayed Road. The place feels cosy and elegant, making it perfect for a special occasion. We ordered vegetarian food and were very impressed with the quality, everything was prepared and presented extremely well. A special mention to Netto, Faisal, and Nansu for their outstanding service. They were attentive, warm, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. The team also arranged a lovely birthday celebration with a complimentary pastry, which was a very thoughtful gesture and made the evening even more special. Highly recommended for celebrations and anyone looking to enjoy great food with stunning views in Dubai.
