Jass Lounge

Jass Lounge in DIFC is one of those places you almost want to keep to yourself. It’s an intimate, hidden little spot with a speakeasy feel, cosy atmosphere, and live jazz that comes across less like background music and more like a private concert. It is not cheap. For one drink each, plus a bottle of Perrier and some olives, we spent around AED 450. So this is definitely not the place to come if you are looking for a bargain. But with such a small audience, attentive service, and a team that was consistently warm and professional from the bouncer to the hostess, waiter and bartender, it still felt worth it. Definitely a place to impress a date! You are paying for the setting, the intimacy, and the experience. If that is what you are after, Jass Lounge does it very well.

That sounds incredibly frustrating. Paying over 2,000 AED for an experience only to deal with a complete lack of parking—and not even getting valet validation—is completely unacceptable. When you're spending that kind of premium, seamless service and basic convenience should be a given.

Jass Lounge has honestly become my second home in Dubai. I’m there almost every day. What makes it special is that every night feels new. A different band daily, and the quality is always top. No surprise they won the Time Out award for Best Live Band Venue in Dubai. The service is top notch. The staff are a big part of the whole experience. They make you feel so welcome that it’s like walking into someone’s home. Real music, real talent, and a vibe that never fades. This place is it.

Our favourite night out in Dubai since the day it opened. The service is one of the friendliest we've experienced, the cocktails are superb and the newly upgraded food menu is a welcomed addition. To top it off, the choice of musicians are the cherry on top. Carrie, Joe and Tona make every Friday night spent there a memorable one. A night out in Jazz Lounge is like a night with family. Don't miss this hidden gem.

One of the most overpriced dining experiences I've had in Dubai. The venue has a nice atmosphere and good music, but that's where the positives end. The food portions were ridiculously small—more like a few bites than proper dishes. We were four people and paid almost USD 700, yet we left still hungry. To make matters worse, the venue doesn't validate valet parking, so you're charged by the hour on top of an already outrageous bill. Dubai has no shortage of excellent restaurants where premium prices are matched by premium quality, generous portions, and good service. Unfortunately, this wasn't one of them. I won't be returning, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

I visited Jass Lounge on Saturday for Cuban Night, and it was a fantastic experience. The music was lively and authentic, creating a great vibe in the intimate, cozy space. Although it’s a smaller venue, the ambiance felt just right for enjoying live music up close. The staff were friendly and attentive, making the evening even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a spot to unwind with good music and a welcoming atmosphere, Jass Lounge is a great choice. I look forward to returning!

We visited Jass Lounge on Monday. The venue is small and cozy with great vibes. The cocktails were amazing and the small bites went perfectly well with the drinks. On Monday night they host a Cuban night with Cubache band and the live music was fantastic.
