The live cooking stations were a highlight — watching the chefs prepare fresh guacamole right at the table was such a cool touch. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. The grilled steak was cooked beautifully, juicy and tender, and paired perfectly with roasted vegetables and sauces. There was so much variety too — sliders, loaded hot dogs, crisp salads, edamame, tortilla chips with dips, and a stunning fruit display with watermelon, pineapple, melon, and dragon fruit. The dessert cups with creamy yogurt, granola, and berries were light and delicious — the perfect sweet ending without feeling heavy. The presentation across the board was gorgeous, and you could tell real attention to detail went into every dish.
