Koyla Lounge & Café

Today I visit one of the most famous shisha cafe in Dubai name is koyla.The shisha itself was a complete disappointment. The flavor was weak, burnt within minutes, and no one came to check or fix it unless we repeatedly called them. For a place that’s supposed to specialize in shisha, the quality was shockingly poor. When I asked to mnager he also not give the positive response. Overall, I would not recommend this café to anyone. Poor service, bad shisha, questionable cleanliness, and overpriced definitely not worth your time or money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at koyla Cafe! The food and coffee were excellent, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. A special thanks to ANJALI. Sangeeta , daniel for their outstanding service. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Her positive attitude and professionalism made our visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend koyla Cafe and will definitely be coming back!

The audio levels from the speakers were quite high, causing discomfort. However, the food was satisfactory, and the hookah service was commendable. The service provided was exceptional. It was noted that the musical selections, primarily from the movie "Dhurandhar," were repetitive, and the overall lighting in the venue was subdued.

I always have an excellent experience at Koyla. The service provided by Diya is truly exceptional and always memorable. Thank you for your warm hospitality and dedication. Keep up the great work, Diya!

very peaceful and relaxing place to spend time. The beautiful playlist creates a calming atmosphere that makes the experience even better. The food is absolutely amazing, full of great taste and quality. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and provide excellent service. Overall, it’s a perfect place to unwind, enjoy good food, and have complete peace of mind.

This has to be the best sheesha cafe in town. Great ambience, and the music, out of the roof. And Mr. Anil, you have been an amazing host every time we've paid a visit there. If you're looking for a getaway cafe during your weekend for something Desi, this is your spot. Highly recommended.
