I had a bad smell coming from my AC, so I contacted Healthy Home for an inspection. Their team was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and during the inspection they found mold in the AC system and clearly explained the issue and the required treatment. Dalvinder and his team came for the AC duct cleaning and mold removal, and I was very impressed with their work. Dalvinder was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. He explained the process properly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled carefully from start to finish. He and his team were efficient, organized, and very clean in their work. They fixed everything properly, left no mess behind, and made sure the area was clean before leaving. They also gave a nice giveaway, which was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. I’m happy to say that so far, the bad smell is gone. Marc & Bryan did a great work and the experience with Mr Fixer was great from start to finish. I’ve asked them to fix a P-trap system that I had purchased from abroad (UAE standard is to fix a bottle trap even for kitchen sink, which is usually not recommended anymore as the bottle get dirty easily) along with a valve system. This installation required an adapter that many other plumbers in Dubai were not able to source but Mr Fixer’s team was able to find the right fix immediately. I reached out on Saturday morning, got a first appointment Saturday afternoon for assessment and on Tuesday it was all fixed. Marc & Bryan were great as well, very professional details oriented and very careful. Great work. Highly recommended. Great positive experience after a failed attempt with a different company. I found Doctor of Drain via Gemini, having read through some of these positive reviews, I decided to reach out for a quote via WhatsApp. The team were very responsive, managed to find an appointment time to come to my house a few hours later, and arrived early with all the tools to identify the problem and fix x2 blocked points in our underground waste water pipe, that was causing some internal flooding. Having monitored for 24hrs later, glad to say the problem appears to have been sorted. Very happy.

If I could review less than 0 I would. I called them to fix a 50dhs built in led strip in my closet, they came and tried to charge me 400dhs for the led strip, then when I told them it was under warranty they charged me 300 dhs to take it out. Turns out when I took it back to the shop that the light was perfectly fine and it was just the wiring that needed a little fixing. It is very clear they are scammers. They refuse to talk to me anymore and are saying that if I want them to put the light back in they want me to pay another 200dhs. So total would be 500dhs for a job that another electrician told me would have done it for 100. Stay away

Predatory Pricing & Total Lack of Professionalism: Avoid this company at all costs. I paid them 2,800 AED to fix my AC system after rain damage. From the manager down to the technicians, the lack of basic «Business 101» logic is staggering. 1. Incomplete Diagnosis: They provided a quotation, I approved it, and they did the work. They left claiming the AC would be cooling in 10 minutes. It never did. 2. «Salami-Slicing» Tactics: When called back to fix their own failure, they suddenly discovered «new» issues. They are now demanding an additional 300 AED just to «check» other units they should have inspected on day one, plus more money for parts. 3. Zero Accountability: A professional MEP company provides a holistic inspection and a final quote. This team takes your money for a partial fix, then holds your cooling hostage for more «diagnostic fees» the next day. I’ve spent 2,800 AED and my house is still hot. They are either incompetent at diagnosing electrical faults or intentionally withholding information to bill you twice. Save your money and hire a company that actually knows how to finish a job.

Beyond useless to the point I’m actually worse off using them. They arrived for a water heater replacement. After changing the water heater, it never actually heated the water (they never checked before they left). I asked if they could fix, he said yes and would come in the afternoon over the next 2 days, they did not. I followed up and asked again, he said he will send someone tomorrow – I specifically said please come in the afternoon, and he answered I will confirm with you in the morning. He did not confirm with me in the morning, he sent his team to ring my doorbell whilst I was trying to sleep before I had work. Forgetful, incompetent performing a water heater change and no apology for waking me up. Cannot recommend using this company at all, so far the worst service I’ve had in the UAE.

Very disappointing experience. This company clearly states in their contract and on their website that they provide 24-hour emergency support. Unfortunately, this is not true. I had a real emergency when my water pump started floating, which required immediate attention. This happened on a Sunday, and I was told that no one is responsible because they were off. This directly contradicts what is written in both the contract and their advertised services. Because of this, I had to struggle and call an external technician at my own expense just to fix the issue temporarily until they showed up the next day. If you are relying on them for emergency support, especially outside regular working hours, be aware that the 24/7 service claim is misleading. This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and extra cost. Adding to the above , I do not trust their technical diagnosis. I was quoted 14,000 to replace water pumps, even though I clearly explained that the issue was related to electrical shock during rain. I also questioned how both pumps could fail at the same time, but my concerns were dismissed. I brought an external technician who identified the real problem, fixed it, and carried out preventive maintenance for only 1,700. Both pumps are now working perfectly. Based on my experience, I would not rely on their technical comments or recommendations.
