Samra Facilities Inc - AC Repair & Maintenance

I would like to recommend Samra Facilities inc. for their service. Maria provided a very quick return to all my question about the different models of AC and their prices. Some quirk happened during the process and Maria responsibly responded to it. The installation part was very good and replacing the 3 AC Ducted systems took only 2 days. The place was left almost as clean as it was when the work started. Very glad with my choice and will contact Samra for some other work.

The carpenter completed multiple works including tables, wall cabinets, and additional items with excellent finishing. A total of five additional works were also carried out, all executed with great attention to detail. The overall quality of work delivered was very good and met our expectations. All tasks were completed within the agreed timeline without any delays. The materials used were of good quality, ensuring durability and a neat appearance. Workmanship was clean, precise, and professionally handled. The service provided throughout the work was smooth and well-coordinated. The staff demonstrated a positive attitude and maintained respectful behavior at all times. Communication was clear, and all requirements were properly understood and implemented. Overall, we are satisfied with the quality, service, and professionalism of the team.

Zahid Imran from Samra Facilities delivered excellent service while maintaining and troubleshooting the Environmental Control Unit (ECU). He quickly identified and resolved the cooling system issue with great professionalism and technical expertise. Highly recommended for his outstanding support and service quality.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They agreed to come and repair my door, but kept telling me they would arrive "soon" and blamed heavy traffic. I waited at home for over 3 hours, only for them to never show up. Eventually, they stopped answering both my calls and WhatsApp messages altogether. To make matters worse, the person handling their WhatsApp was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and had a very poor attitude throughout the conversation. I repeatedly asked to speak with the owner or at least be given the owner’s WhatsApp number because they deserve to know how their customer service is damaging the business. My messages were read but completely ignored. This was a complete waste of my time and one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had. I would strongly recommend being cautious before dealing with this company.

The guys who installed my ikea cabinets were amazing, the cabinets were missing parts and was not straightforward, they stayed beyond agreed time and finished all work perfectly . highly recommend !!!

They confirmed an appointment and kept saying they were "on the way" and delayed because of traffic. I waited for more than four hours, but no one ever arrived. After that, they stopped answering both calls and WhatsApp messages. If this is how they treat potential customers before any work even starts, I can’t imagine what the after-sales service would be like. Completely wasted my time. I would be very cautious before dealing with this company.

Zahid and Rithin Justin did a great job fixing my blocked drain and leakage in Downtown. They were quick and knowledgeable and communication was easy. Definitely recommend.
