AST Digital Print Centre

I’ve been a long-time customer of AST and have always been satisfied with the quality of their work, especially at the Sharjah branch. This was my first time reaching out to the Garhoud branch, and unfortunately, my experience over the phone was not as positive. The staff member I spoke with seemed impatient when I asked a few simple questions, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. I believe that clear and courteous communication is very important, especially when assisting customers with inquiries. I still value the quality of AST’s services overall, but I hope the Garhoud branch can improve its customer service experience to match the high standards I’ve come to expect.

⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ THE DESIGNER TOLD ME TO GET OUT OF THAT CHAIR AND TAKE ANOTHER CUSTOMER (True Story) Please avoid the designer named Rasheed. During EID holiday their office was opened and only two staffs are scheduled that day. 1 lady in the counter, 1 male designer. We were the first customer there physically and he went to mosque without tellin us, and he came back and he keep on ignoring us for more than an hour. Reasons to why you should avoid him: I think he pretending that he is working 1. Pretending that he is doing a lot of work just to ignore us. 2. Repeatedly walks out (especially when you ask him question or instructs him) 3. He will tell you to wait for 1 hour, but after he will ask did you select the size/design. 4. Manager keeps on telling us to go with that designer for the second time and he still ignores me. 5. He told us to get off that chair and gave to new customer (long time we sitting in front of the designer). He is CHOOSY which customer he likes or thinks has more money I guess. Tip: better investigate for yourself if you want to have a miserable experience like ours

I visited the office in person and discussed my requirements with one of the team members. I was then asked to follow up via WhatsApp. Despite sending messages and following up as requested, no one responded. It is very disappointing when you take the time to visit personally and are still ignored afterward. Basic communication and follow-up are essential for any business. Unfortunately, my experience showed a lack of responsiveness and customer care. I do not recommend this company if you value timely communication.

Have been working with AST for years for my work stationary requirements. Offering comprehensive digital printing solutions for business cards, brochure, flyers, 6 types of binding, large size printing, rollup banners - std & big size, T shirt, Lanyard & ID Cards, Newsletter, Labels, Office stationary and more. Team has in-house designers, staffs and supervisors to help with recommending paper, textures, GSMs, finishing, die-cuts and more. In Garhoud, they have been the best, at times the load is too much they hardly responds to email neither calls. You need to personally visit to get it done. There have been delays in getting productions (very rare) due to technical glitches, which is understandable when we supply in 11th hour or approaching long weekend breaks. Its a good place to get your printing done easily. Both cash and credit card payments are accepted. Located adjascent to GGICO Metro station (Red Line), Al Garhoud, Dubai, UAE
