Azco Real Estate Brokers LLC - JVC Branch

I had an excellent experience working with Kashyap Premji at Azco Real Estate. I entrusted him with renting out my two units, and he confidently promised that he would find tenants within two weeks. To my surprise, he exceeded expectations and successfully rented out both units within just one week. Throughout the entire process, Kashyap was highly professional, responsive, and proactive. He kept me constantly updated on viewings, inquiries, and progress, which gave me complete peace of mind. His communication was outstanding, and he was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. I truly appreciate his dedication, efficiency, and commitment to delivering results. I would highly recommend Kashyap Premji to anyone looking for a reliable and hardworking real estate professional.

Amazing company to deal with. Awais, was extremely professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. The apartment was handed over on time, very clean, and exactly as expected. I highly recommend renting or buying with him Thank you Awais !!

Highly recommend real estate agency. My interaction was with this great agent Mr.Fayyaz Akhtar So polite, extremely professional and well mannered. He found very nice apartment for us within a short period of time. The process was easy, hustle free and very rewarding. Excellent Services. We was in contact with almost 20 agents and this guy was amazing out of that 20 agents

I had a really bad experience with a previous property manager, so working with Awais was a huge relief. From day one he was professional, helpful, and even supported me during my move. He’s genuinely reliable which is so valuable here in Dubai and always polite and easy to deal with. Everything went smoothly with him. Highly recommended!

My experience with AZCO property management was extremely disappointing. I received the apartment in a very dirty condition, with multiple problems and maintenance issues from the start. When I requested support, responses were slow or nonexistent — especially from Muthu. At the end of my tenancy, I was unfairly charged for issues that were clearly not my responsibility. They attempted to charge me for a leaking ceiling repair, AC cleaning, and full apartment painting, even though the apartment was returned in the same condition as when it was handed over to me. Overall, poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional handling of tenant concerns. I would not recommend their services.

I had an excellent experience with the agency, especially thanks to Muhaib Shah. He is extremely professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Muhaib guided me through every step of the process, personally checked the readiness of the apartment, and made sure my move-in was seamless. He is not only a great agent but also a genuinely amazing person who truly cares about his clients. Highly recommend working with him!
