I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding work by Dania Property Management & Consultancy Co. LLC. Specially their maintenance team at DIC. Mr. Murtuza consistently provides rapid response to our maintenance requests, combined with their technical expertise, has saved us a lot of time and hassle. Recently, he went above and beyond when he quickly repaired the leaking pipe in the washroom. His friendly demeanor, willingness to explain the repair process, and dedication to keeping our residential apartment in top shape.

My curtain rail was falling out of the wall, and although this was not a building-related issue and technically not part of his responsibilities, he still took the time to help me fix it properly. I had called Murtuza as the AC was not working. He arrived within minutes, quickly identified the refrigerant gas leakage, and resolved the issue efficiently. His technical knowledge and prompt response are much appreciated🙏

Maintenance is pathetic. This is a very old building, hence there are issues every day. The AC quality is so poor that you feel hot even during winter. If you call the AC maintenance team either they don't come on time or they do a namesake maintenance which does not have any effect. If we question them, they say that this say the maximum as all these units is old and this is the maximum these units can provide. Disgusting.... The washroom slabs crack and fall down on its own. My kid once just escaped or otherwise it would have fractured his leg. Even after complaining they don't have any seriousness.
