Horrible security, zero safety all led by the security team of Mr yousef khalil. 0 action taken against vandalism. Extremely shocked at the level of safety here, specially that we are paying alot of service charge for this "secure and safe" compound. Think twice before moving or investing here

Living here for the past 5 years. Wonderful place. But these days traveling during mornings have become nightmare. If road improvements made then this is one of the best communities to live. Calm and peaceful and clean air to breathe

Kudos to the developer. The community is so well thought of. Their kids park , splash pads, gym , swimming pool and jogging tracks are excellent as compared to any other community. The landscaping is beautiful, evening walks is so nice to smell the fragrance of the flowers they have grown. Amazing place to live.

In my many years, I've learned to value the importance of home and the rights that come with it. The recent change in garage policy, however, has upset the tranquility I once enjoyed. You see, in my advanced age, the garage is more than just a space for my vehicle. It houses many of my treasured possessions, including a mere pair of storage boxes. Forcing us to remove such personal items is not just inconvenient; it feels like an unnecessary invasion of my personal space. Moreover, this rule strikes me as caring more about appearances than the needs of your residents. We, especially those of us in the twilight of our lives, need flexibility and understanding, not rigid aesthetic standards. I've also been around long enough to know that such stringent rules can sometimes be legally questionable. Be assured that I'm not averse to seeking legal advice if these rules infringe upon my rights under UAE property law. Please, in the interest of maintaining a welcoming and harmonious community, reconsider this policy.

Lovely villas, all close to the well equipped gym. Kids splash park and large pool are really well kept. Gardens lovely and green. Football pitch and climbing wall also great facilities.
