Would give 1* if I could. Agent told me he would manage ll mintenance and repairs so charged me an additional 350AED admin fee on top of the commission. Handed over to me an unclean apartment with no access cards and left over furniture from the previous tenant. Would give 0 stars if I could

Extremely disappointing and unfair experience. They deducted more than 30% of my security deposit using excuses that were already existing issues from day one of the tenancy — including the balcony locker, which is completely unreachable (you can't even access it standing on a sofa). After living in the unit for two full years, paying rent on time with a single cheque, I asked for only TWO extra days to stay — and they demanded over AED 1,000 just for those two days. This is nothing but exploitation. This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and unfair. One of the worst rental management experiences l've had. I would strongly warn others to be extremely careful before dealing with them.

This review is based on my personal experience and opinion. Seven century property management is everything a tenant dreads when renting a house which is managed by one. Honestly if I knew the house I was moving in to was going to be run by a management company I would of ran a mile but unfortunately we didn’t do our due diligence and have had the worst experience in 9 years of living in Dubai. The property management staff are rude horrible ignorant people there hasn’t been 1 member of staff who has ever come across remotely nice or helpful it is painful speaking to them although we don’t speak to them often it is absolutely mental and physical nightmare coordinating and communicating with them they are so rude and condescending in emails have absolutely no customer service and quite clearly don’t care about their tenant their only focus is keeping their landlords happy. If I could leave 0 stars honestly I would. For anyone considering renting from this company I would recommend to do your due diligence as we didn’t and if my wife wasn’t pregnant we for sure would have vacated the house. Their maintenance team will damage your property and they will conclude to their own made up stories and not take ANY RESPONSIBILITY instead they will be rude in emails. I hope the owner comes across this review and does a professional audit on their staff because honestly they are dragging this company down and from other reviews I’m clearly not the only person who has faced such issues.
