A big thank you to Lucy, who was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire recruitment process. She was really friendly and easy to talk to and always let me know that she was happy to answer any questions that I had. Her communication was great! I can’t recommend Thomas highly enough. From the very beginning of the process, he was patient, transparent, and incredibly generous with his time and advice. This opportunity — I know it wouldn’t have happened without his support. What really sets Thomas apart is that he doesn’t just "place" candidates. He genuinely cares about long-term fit and career progression. He helped me carefully weigh my options, think strategically about my future, and ultimately choose the company that was right for me long term. That level of guidance and integrity goes far beyond what you’d typically expect from a recruiter. I’m extremely grateful for his support throughout the entire journey and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone considering their next move.

I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to Aliza for all her support throughout my journey. She was not only professional and transparent, but also genuinely kind and attentive at every step. She really listened to what I was looking for and connected me with a company that feels like such a natural fit. I’m truly grateful for her care, guidance, and the lovely experience she created along the way.

A pleasure working with Lucy. As a fellow recruiter, I know how critical it is to balance client expectations while advocating for the best possible outcomes for candidates. Lucy demonstrated this exceptionally well - thorough, approachable, and consistent throughout the entire process. From initial contact through to onboarding and aftercare, she made the experience seamless. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to cut through the noise of the Dubai market and find the right fit. Wishing continued success to Lucy and the wider team.

I can’t thank Thomas, and later Grace, enough for their support throughout the process. Both stayed in regular contact, offering guidance whenever needed and ensuring I felt supported at every stage. The interview feedback was particularly helpful in shaping my decision. Thomas was unbiased yet extremely supportive, clearly explaining each step and managing communication to ensure a smooth transition from interviews to feedback and acceptance. Communication was always clear, and I felt well informed throughout. I’m very glad to have had Thomas’s support during the process
