For approximately ten months, my passport has been kept by the company against my wishes. I kindly request the concerned entity to look into this matter and take the necessary steps. For the last three months, the company did not assign us any work, denied our release requests, and forced us to submit resignations. The management and camp supervisor consistently failed to address our concerns and ignored our complaints. Employees regularly experienced delays in receiving their salaries.Whenever we tried to discuss our problems, management refused to address or resolve them. The management and accommodation conditions were poor. In addition, the company has not paid my salary for almost two months.
