Mindfield resources is definitely one of the best in class recruitment service providers for the region.I can say that based on my experience as a candidate having known them for over 2 years. The team is extremely approachable, engaged and responsive throughout the process and this is what sets them apart from the rest. They see candidates beyond a specific role and stay in touch even after placement. Due to their good insights into the FMCG space in the region and solid professional connections, I always rely on their advise and career guidance in general. Keep up the fantastic work👍

Mindfield Resource Consultancy is one of the best Human Resource agencies you can find in Dubai. I had opportunity to interact with almost all the staff in Dubai and was very happy to know that all of them shared the same spirit and professionalism. They really take care of their customers (candidates) right from understanding the needs/requirements till the final contract. They are very transparent in communication and will update periodically on even small developments. What makes them stand out is the sincere efforts they put in to know the candidates requirement above and beyond the CV it was a delight to know them and I hope they continue to be the same. Kudos to the entire Mindfield Resource Team.

Mindfield resources are very good in identifying the strengths and knows where you will fit in the best. They are very professional in their approach, I was approached for a position in HR in an MNC. They prepared me so well for the interviews (3 rounds in my case). They were very supportive throughout and also were honest about the areas that needed improvement. I would definitely recommend Mindfield Resources!

I had a very positive experience with the team, I know the company since 4 years now and they are very consistent in their ways of working, very responsive, know quite well the needs of the client hence their honesty and ability to fit in the right caliber. Their competences lies in the senior level where they know how to deal with executive level and how to gain their trust as they are treating them not as their database but their talents and investing their time and efforts to support, thank you Mindfield team for the usual support and excellent treatment.
