I completed the Document Controller Course at SpotOn Institute, and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of training I received. The course was well-structured and designed to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical skills required in today's workplace. From the very beginning, the trainers explained every concept clearly and ensured that every student understood the topics before moving forward. The course covered document control procedures, document numbering systems, file management, document lifecycle, revision control, quality standards, and industry best practices. We also learned how to organize documents professionally, maintain accurate records, and use document control systems efficiently.

I have taken both QS and Cost X software training from Spoton Training Institute. Both the classes were helpful and easy to understand. The trainers explained the concepts and software clearly with good practical examples and hands-on training. The sessions on measurement, estimation, BOQ preparation, and CostX take-off were especially useful. The classes were interactive and all doubts were answered properly. I had a great learning experience throughout the course. The training was informative and useful for improving practical Quantity Surveying and CostX skills. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in learning QS and CostX software.

A short course, but it covered all the essentials for getting started with the software. Razeem explained the concepts clearly and simply, and was always available to answer any questions I had. I would take another course with him on construction. The institute’s facilities are suitable for the courses; the air conditioning was a bit cold for me, but other than that, everything was really great.
