I am an Indian citizen currently living and working in Dubai. I am writing this message with deep pain and honesty to ask for help for my education. I am working only to survive. My income is very low and just enough for basic needs like food and rent. I have no savings and no financial support to continue my studies. Education is my only hope. Without education, I feel completely lost and broken. I am sorry to share this, but I want to be honest about my situation. Due to continuous stress, failure, and hopelessness about my future and my dream, I reached a very dark phase in my life. I felt completely defeated and helpless. My dream of education is the only reason I still want to move forward in life. I do not want to live without my dream and without a future. I am not asking for comfort or luxury—only a chance to study and stand on my own feet with dignity. Everything I am saying is true. All my documents are genuine and can be verified. I once tried to visit the charity office but could not enter, so I am requesting help online with full sincerity and hope. Please help me continue my education. Your support can save my future and give my life a new direction. I promise that if I receive help, I will study sincerely and work very hard to become a responsible and self-reliant person.

I recently applied to donate some of my furniture to DCA. The items were in very good condition, and I chose to donate them so they could be reused by others rather than sold or discarded. After submitting the request, it took a few days for the team to contact me. They asked for additional details, then requested the location and preferred pickup date. Once everything was confirmed, communication stopped completely. No one showed up on the scheduled day, and my follow up messages went unanswered for more than two weeks. During this time, my new furniture arrived, leaving me with no space at home while I waited for an update. Eventually, after many attempts to reach them, I received a message simply suggesting that I donate the items elsewhere. The experience was disappointing. Donating should be a smooth and encouraging process, but the lack of follow through and communication made it unnecessarily difficult. I genuinely hope this feedback helps improve the service, as the idea behind the initiative is valuable and deserves proper attention, but some people within the cooperation don't value this and don't value people's time and efforts.

My husband has been no job for the past 8–9 months, and we are struggling very badly to manage our rent and daily expenses. We also have a small child, and things have become very difficult.
