This must be the best cobbler in town! Had my Nike Air Force 1 in terrible conditions on the collar paddings which were gone with so much wear and tear, at a point where I was walking on the leather. That’s no issue, as this amazing workshop fixed them perfectly in a day for just 40 AED, using very good leather and padding. Highly recommended

Shafiullah fixed my wife’s shoes tonight with the same craftsmanship and quality his father, Sharbat Khan, showed when he fixed my shoes back in high school in 2006. Just like his dad, he works tirelessly every day, mending our shoes, bags, and other belongings. No job is too big or too small for him. Coming here tonight took me back 20 years, to when Dubai was a little quieter and life moved at a slower pace. Absolutely outstanding craftsmanship and service! I brought in my bag with damaged stitching and wasn’t sure if it could be restored properly. Shafiullah did an incredible job repairing it— the stitching is neat, strong, and blends perfectly with the original design. Honestly, the bag looks almost as good as new or original stitching.

I wanted to buy two bicycles and was advised by Ziad. He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. When I told him that I plan to do triathlons in the future, he immediately knew which bike would be the perfect fit for me. We did a professional measurement, and within just a few days the bike was prepared in exactly the right size. After that, we completed a bike fitting to make sure everything was perfectly adjusted. Overall, the service from the entire team was excellent, especially from Ziad. He is also preparing the second bike for my mother. I’m genuinely looking forward to visiting this store again. If zero stars were possible, that’s exactly what this place deserves. What should have been a simple 15-minute iPhone XS battery replacement turned into a complete disaster and one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The technician clearly had no idea what he was doing and managed to damage my phone during a basic repair. My Face ID was working perfectly before I handed over my phone – after their «repair, it completely failed. To make things worse, they wasted my entire day for a job that any competent technician could have finished quickly, then tried to overcharge me on top of ruining my device. The whole experience was unprofessional, frustrating, and felt borderline dishonest. I trusted them with my phone and got it back in worse condition than when I gave it to them. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you’re okay with wasting your time, overpaying, and risking permanent damage to your device.

Excellent service from Milaaj Mobile Repair Dubai. I had an issue with my iPhone 13 Pro Max camera, there were visible dotes on the 3x lens affecting portrait and cinematic videos. They diagnosed it quickly and fixed it within an hour. The camera is now completely clear, no more dotes , and everything works perfectly. Fast, professional, and reliable service. One of the best places to learn piano or any instrument. they have many facilities to cater to a variety of students and many teachers who make learning a new instrument easy. Ms Darli in particular has a great expertise in piano as well and teaching in a fun way that allows me to learn my pieces thoroughly and with confidence. furthermore, Her kindness pushes me to do better and makes the whole experience fun.

I’ve been going for vocal and piano classes here for the past two years and I cannot recommend this place enough! My piano teacher, Ms. Darli, is extremely patient and understanding. She always ensures I understand the theory and meaning behind the pieces that I play and pushes me to try my best always!

I visited their shop at Mirdef City Center with 3 pocket watches for inspection, cleaning, and 2 battery replacements with 2 newer ones to be engraved with names. One of these pocket watches was a very old Swiss made watch in the year 1896 by Raskopf that was used by my grandfather in the early 20th century. He gifted it to my father who in turn handed it over to me in the late 1980s. (The priceless Raskopf pocket watch was taken to ‘Minutes’ workshop for inspection and reporting back on what needs to be done). I Picked up and liked the names engraving work… thank you! The only problem I had was with ’Minutes’ price for replacing two 🔋batteries🔋 was very, very, 💸exorbitant💸 indeed!!! (Check the attached yellow bill photo and pricing of these Renata batteries: UAD185.00 & UAD70.00) Hence the 2-star rating reflected on my review of your shop. I wonder if previous ‘Minutes’ clients think that battery replacement pricing practice was normal, or otherwise? I truly felt that it was exaggerated by a factor of at least 3X! I want to share our experience in Melodica Burjuman. I want to commend Ms. Marjorie for the exceptional customer service. It starts with my nephew and gradually enrolled my 2 niece also. Thank you Ms. Destia for your patience with my niece. We see a very good progress with her piano skills. However, my niece needs to stop attending the classes for now as she is having her board exams. But my nephew still attends his piano lessons. Highly recommended. All in all experience is amazing! The staff is awesome, super kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. They let me try the gear and were supportive. The showroom in Al Kouz (the shed) is mind-blowing, basically it covers all type of musicians, whatever you do in music, you’ll find something that will hook you. I got the Blackstar Beam Mini today, and it is a beast, you’ll never be prepared for what this little guy will sound like. It was a very fun visit actually…and they told me they also do jamming nights…the dates should be on their instagram, I’d love to go and check it out for sure. Imma enjoy this.

I have ordered online and im very happy that the staff followed the instructions Ive requested. The item arrived in a box wrapped with a birthday wrapper along with an envelope. Ali, the driver who delivered the item to my flat helped my wife as we didnt expect the box to be that big and heavy. I wasnt at home but really kudos to Ali for being helpful and being on time.

The store has a very large assortment and many interesting instruments for sound healing and relaxation. Unfortunately, during my visit I found it difficult to get assistance. I was hoping for some guidance in choosing instruments, but I was unable to find a staff member available to help. As a result, my experience was not as positive as I expected. I believe the store could benefit from more customer support, especially for visitors who are new to these instruments.

Absolutely terrible experience with Melody House. I purchased an audio interface from them, and the box was already opened when they sold it to me. As a regular customer, I trusted them and accepted it — clearly a mistake. Within 3 days, due to a serious personal situation (I lost my job), I returned to the store. The product was completely unused and not registered. The manager clearly told me that if it wasn’t registered, the return would be accepted. Their own receipt policy states: «Returns accepted within 7 days… 100% credit note for quality issues, 80% credit note for change of mind.» Instead of honoring this, their staff made me wait nearly 2 weeks, saying they were «checking the registration.» After wasting my time, they suddenly refused the return, claiming they cannot accept an open box — even though THEY sold it to me in that condition. What makes this worse is that I have full chat history with their staff confirming these conversations and delays. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. They don’t follow their own policies and give false assurances to customers. I have recommended this store to many people before, but after this experience, I strongly advise others to be very careful. Once they take your money, don’t expect fair treatment.

Impressive work by Fabram restoring a 12 year old limited run Tumi. The zippers were all broken, leather was fraying at the handles and cracks in other places; all fixed. The leather zippers are a particularly nice touch, the original plastic ones were fragile and had to be replaced twice before. Definitely injected many more years of use into this bag.

Fabram Shoe Repair were excellent from start to finish. I needed my favourite Jeffery West boots repaired and given some proper TLC, as they were starting to look tired and shabby. I shopped around, and Fabram stood out immediately as the most responsive and communicative. I have to take my hat off to them. In just a couple of days, the boots were transformed and looked almost like new. The scuffs were no longer visible, the finish was superb, and the craftsmanship really showed. Their artisans clearly know what they are doing. Excellent service, great quality, and very good value for money. I could not recommend Fabram highly enough.

I had a very bad experience with Fabram. I left my YSL heels for repair on December 15, and now, almost three months later, I still have no update. Every week they tell me that my heels will be ready that week, but nothing happens. It is very frustrating because I have contacted them multiple times, yet no clear answer has been given. I will not use their service again.

These guys are real magicians! Each time I bring something to repair they give me back a new perfect condition item, well at least it looks like that :))) the best!

I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible and total neglect as a «professional» service. They do not handle your item with care. I brought them a perfectly new horse leather wallet that was to be a gift for my father- no scratches, perfectly shiny and smooth leather. I requested for them to emboss initials on the interior leather. I specified in my communications with them that it is a precious gift, and to please handle with extra care. What was returned to me was a flattened wallet, with MANY scratches on the exterior of my beautiful wallet. The scratches are evidently from complete lack of care when embossing the wallet and is now totally scratched up from whatever surface they placed the wallet on. There are many scratches, both shallow and deep, and are very obvious. My gift is ruined. Since it is horse leather with sheen, it is very delicate. To top it off, I went to their service counter and was told «there is nothing I can do», I reached out to them via WhatsApp, and was given a standard fob off answer with no concern and empathy. My gift to my father is ruined. I’ll be fair here and say they did emboss the wallet. It was fine, standard and nothing to write home about. Utter lack of professionalism and care. Do not recommend at all. There are other leather services. Try those instead.
